“The shoes you’re asking me to review were the wrong size and have been returned. After several misunderstandings from your team, I had one pleasant and sensible response but then no reply when I asked if you could order and send me the replacement size. I’ve had previous experience of inconsistent and inadequate customer service so I stopped ordering from Moda even though I was previously a committed, loyal and happy purchaser for a long time. No point in good products if they’re not backed up by efficient and pertinent responses.”

“Parcel got lost. 3 days for company to answer my query about where it was. Two days for the delivery company to say it was lost. Three days again for Moda to reply when I asked for a replacement. Took a month to get shoes. Shoes are fine, customer service very poor”

“I recently purchased boots which arrived with damage to one boot. I returned the boots on 11th January requesting a refund which to date I am still awaiting”

“The boots I ordered were damaged and I had to return them. Interaction with customer service was slow 2-3 days for a response. Parcel tracking was not updated. I returned the boots on 15/12/23 and received refund on 5/1/24. Communication was inaccurate re timescales i.e got e mail.saying could be another 2-3 days the same day amazon pay refunded my money. I did speak to one member of customer service staff who was helpful.as he could be and email communication was polite just very slow. That is why it's a 2 star review and not a 1 star.”

“Bought a pair of shoes as a gift for my mum. When she opend the box, she realized there was wrong shoe size inside. The box was labelled size 4 as ordered, however the shoes were size 3-too small.”

“I ordered some over the knee boots from your website. It was difficult to find the fabric information and it appeared that they were suede. On arrival, I saw they were not real leather and had to return them. I have no stores near me so had to pay for return postage. Not very impressed!”

“No sign of my item after paying customs on 20th November and on 15th December the item still hasn’t arrived. I emailed and now have to wait up to 3 days for a response which will most likely be next week.”

“Lovely bag but unfortunately a screw came out in the catch of the handbag and became loose and I had to return it. Had I paid full price I would have been more disappointed.”

“bought the same model in the same size 6 both in white and black... the white is ok, the black one is one size smaller. very narrow fit. Overall for the price I would recommend however size up.”

“The return process is not good, it takes too long, lacks communication and when you contact them to find out what is happening no one comes straight back to you. The sizing is also bad, I bought three pairs of shoes all the same size - 1 was too big, 1 was too small and was just about true to size.”

“Whilst you create the most beautiful looking boots, sadly they are far too narrow to enable me the slightest chance of getting them on which is a shame. Please could you make wider fitting boots as there is a strong market of customers crying out for wider fitting beautiful boots and shoes. Warm regards Donna”

“Returned item which I had to pay for. Chased my refund twice after tracking showed they received. Third chase neatly three weeks later sat on phone in queue for 45 mins to be good oh sorry we didn’t do I’ll do now ! Poor poor service . Would never use again”
