“I was excited to order from the website as they have a collection but was disappointed when the shoes came in the wrong size. That disappointment made me want the shoes no longer and had to return them.”

“Unfortunately my sandals too wide so had to return not happy as had to pay for it never before have I had to pay for returns ! Then to make it worse I had to wait 4 weeks for the payment to be returned into my account ridiculous! Will not be ordering again poor service”

“I love Moda in Pele shoes and over the years have bought many. The biggest problem now is not being able to go to a shop. Our local Marlborough shop has now closed and with out trying them on first it stops me from buying them. Last year when they reopened after lockdown I went in many times and on each occasion came out with at least 2 pairs of shoes. I am now in a situation of finding another supplier that has a shop!”

“I bought sandals, as I buy most of my footwear from you I assumed they would be perfect. My husband put the box in recycle and when I saw that the snake print on the sandals was so different that I could not wear them as a pair. I returned them to the shop but was refused a return as no box. I emailed customer service and they refused as well, I then asked issue to be raised with a manager who agreed the return. This took 3 weeks and was hassle. I understand that as a customer I was within my rights to have the sandals returned without the box, this was stated by Binns manager when I tried to return the sandals there - another mistake. As a good customer I feel my treatment left me dissatisfied.”

“Shoes are comfortable from a previous purchase, this time I sent back with proof of postage a pair far too big so wanted a smaller size, they never got there so lost £60 worth”

“I loved the look of the 2 pari of shoes I purchased, but there was a fault with one of pair, and the other pair proved too uncomfortable to wear (slipping on and off my heels, rubbing them). However, I contacted MIP customer services and they dealt with the problem efficiently with no quibble. A great customer service.”

“Order arrived quickly but boots were too big and had to be returned. Had to pay postage registered post which cost me £11. So want be ordering again which is a shame because I love their products. No communication from them so no Customer Service.”

“The shoes I bought were too big for me. I returned them to you by post on 15 January 2021 at my expense I hav yet to be informed of my refund. I am very disappointed.”
