BUYER BEWARE Beyond shocking customer services. No answer via webchat or email, tried for days to get someone to answer the phone. Nothing to support lost returns parcels, or process any refunds.

It is with much regret that I must write this very disappointing review about customer service. Your customer service is pathetic. I returned my order to Moda in Pelle on 18th September and it was delivered to the Moda in Pella on 19th September. I unfortunately have not received any refund. I have written twice to customer service and have not received as much as a response. Just a general generated email which say that your very busy and you would be in touch in 3 working days. I’m still waiting for your response

Haven't received order after a month....the courier you use have lost it.. .you are aware of this but are not contacting me, even after numerous emails. You are not accessible by phone so have not been refunded.....would not recommend purchasing from moda...

I will happily give a review on the non appearance of my two orders. The fact Moda's customer service keeps sending me emails to submit a review, knowing full well that you have never sent me my purchases but happily took my money, is disgusting. Then make it even harder for customers such as myself to contact you or even get an acknowledgement from your company. How many customers are waiting; for a reply, for an apology, for a refund, for an explanation? Moda is fobbing off loyal customers. How dare you treat me and other loyal customers, whom have bought from MODA for many years, like we are a means to an end for you to cover your losses, as MODA is quite clearly in receivership.

I returned my order unworn and it was received by you on 17th September. I have not received a refund. I have tried contacting you across your chat on your website, phone, email and social media several times with no response.

Its very bad experience that boots was very bab qvality and to smoll for me am send bag and no body not returnd me money back still now weiting refund am send vack last month. Its horroble expensive vit moda and pele. Not recomended for anione this shop.

Shoes I ordered were not colour stated Returned a month ago and I have still not had a refund I emailed twice & eventually received a reply of apology but still no refund! Will not be ordering from you again

Lovely shoe, but sole of the shoe fell apart after a week! Been waiting for reply of Moda but still haven’t heard anything. Written another email and still nothing. Bad customer service

I returned my faulty sandles and requested a new paid i posted them back on the 12 th September I've email several times no reply set up a chat no reply tried phoning on several occasions line always closed

My experience has been very bad. My shoes were delivered very quickly and packed very nicely. I already own 4 pairs of Moda in Pelle. However, they had to be returned as they were too tight and that's when the problems began. No refund. Unable to get a response from email, telephone or 'live chat'. It's been a almost a month now. I would suggest that unless you know that the shoes will be fine for your feet that you don't use this company. I will never order again. Terrible customer service.

Non Existent Customer Service at 1pm on a Thursday I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from Moda in Pelle, realised straight away that i had ordered the wrong size for one of them. Tried to ring numerous times, got answer machine each time saying they were closed! Tried the online chat constantly busy and asked to try later, eventually had to email to ask if they could either change the size or cancel the order, got a reply to say they would reply withing 3/5 working days. The order arrived with the wrong size, and got an answer from customer service the next day to say that as the order had already been despatched they could do anything. Absolutely useless, very happy to take your order but if you need any help or have a question you have a long wait. Wont be using them again. Returned shoes to local store last Saturday it will interesting to see how long the refund will take, reading some of the reviews i wont hold my breath! 30.9.25 Update I still have not received a refund even though the shoes were returned over 24 days ago. Yet again i have chased the customer service department but i'm not holding my breath ticket no 253451. To say i am less than impressed with Moda in Pelle is a vast understatement. First of all you dont pick up phones or answer emails in a timely manner, and now you don't process refunds. Appalling level of customer service. I have asked for full explanation as to why the refund was not processed, why they dont answer phones call, respond to chat and why it takes so long to respond to emails, i dont think i will get one. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE APPALLING

I have not been refunded despite waiting for over ten working days (as advised by staff at the Lytham shop and as stated on my receipt). I have emailed you about this and received no response.

Very poor quality, broke after 2 wears and when I contacted the company through their webform I had no reply, will never buy from this company again! 35£ for 2 wears before breaking is ridiculous

I am being asked to review an item I have returned 16 days ago and am still waiting for my refund into my bank account. I have tried all the contact avenues with Moda and have had no luck. I am getting very frustrated and extremely annoyed. This is just not good enough!

I ordered shoes online. They did not fot me so i returned them asking for a refund. It has been more than a month now and i am still waiting for my refund. I was told the shoes had been received but that there was a processing delay for my refund. My weekly emails to follow up on the “delay” have remained unanswered. Not acceptable, not happy.
