Lovely quality shoes which unfortunately had to be returned due to fit. After sales treatment disgraceful. After returning on the 29th July received an e-Mail saying that I would be refunded by the 20th August. Despite numerous e-mails ( replied by automated reply) and very frustrating ingnored telephone calls it is now the 27th of August and no signs of my refund.

I am disappointed that such a well-known company has chosen to cooperate with such an unreliable company as Evri. I returned my order but I have not received a refund because the parcel supposedly never reached Moda in Pelle. I paid for shoes that unfortunately I do not have. The customer service was also very unhelpful. Shameful.

Absolutely dreadful service. My returns parcel has been lost and Moda refuse to refund me even though I have proof of return!! Avoid!!

The shoes were lovely but too wide for me, 2 months now and 4 emails saying a refund has been issued, refund will be issued etc etc ...no money has hit the bank.

I returned the sandals that I ordered ( they weren’t the problem) I have waited 5 weeks for a refund & messaged customer services 3 times and no response from any message. The after care is absolutely terrible. Based on this I would never order online again.

Returned the shoes back to Meadowhall Store - 3 Weeks ago. Still no refund. Returned to store told nothing they can do, emailed and return email stated 3 working days for a response, it’s been 4! Telephoned and it’s just a prerecorded message.

Loved the trainers ...however one was noticeably different to the other. The stitching for the lace part on one of the trainers was about a 1 cm higher than the other so I returned to the leeds store. I was told it would take up to 10 working days for the refund ,when this hadn't been done I contacted customer service who said it would be done the following Monday. To be honest the refund timescale is ridiculous and if I didn't like the shoes so much I don't think I would order from moda again.

I purchased trainers which were faulty , returned over 2 weeks ago, several emails , chat still no resolution , emails ignored, can’t get through to customer service, was told a 4 minute wait stayed on for 20mins , no answer

Having returned my purchase it took four weeks, two scathing reviews on Trustpilot, four phone calls to customer service and an email to customer service indicating I was going to see if this constituted fraud , for my refund to be processed. And looking on Trustpilot it would seem I was not the only person having difficulty in receiving,what is definitely, my money, not Moda in Pelle’s

I had to return my purchase as they did not fit,I returned as requested by having a tracking number it took 23 days for my refund I had to email you for refund, very disappointing experience will not be using your company again.

the parcel never arrived as it was send to China instead of Switzerland. I also didn't get a replacement in time (only after 3 weeks it was offered) and then it was sold out. i got 10 Euro voucher as a sorry. not sure i wil ever buy smth again from Moda in Pelle

They lied on descriptions that the bag was leather. Yet when it arrived its PU leather.

Had to pay postage to return. I don’t mind paying what other companies charge ,around £2.95, which is deducted from the return, but over £5 feels expensive. No sticky return address label supplied. No acknowledgement of return until nearly 3 weeks after sending, which meant waiting for a long time for the refund. Won’t order again unless returns process is modernised/ streamlined.
