“Company does not provide return labels. The twice I have purchased from them I had to return items so I am out of pocket. They alt take a long time to refund. There are loads of negative reviews on trust pilot as well .”

“When my shoes were delivered they were faulty, (straps sewn wrongly), I know these were returns because they were out of stock and was told to keep an eye out for returns. So they were put back in stock faulty! It took almost 3weeks to get a refund although they were returned the same day! Not happy,”

“I absolutely love the sandals. They are comfortable and classy looking. My issue is the pair I ordered, were damaged, after many calls and emails to customer service, the issue was sorted. But the fact the staff seemed, unbothered by the upset caused over damaged sandals bought for a very special occasion. The refunds took rather some time to be returned stating it takes 7 to 10 working days, in this day and age is laughable. In a nutshell beautiful footwear but dreadful customer care”

“Your company is very efficient, however EVRI WHO YOU USE FOR DELIVERY IS RUBBISH. EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE TOLD TO LEAVE IN OPEN GARAGE THEY TAKE IT BACK. CAN THEY READ!!!”

“Shoes arrived in good time and nicely packaged, but they were way too small. It was at that point I realised there was no free returns - quite unusual these days. Had to send them back via signed for delivery at my own expense.”

“Recently I ordered three pairs of shoes. They got delivered to the wrong address, the postcode got changed somehow. Then only two were available to resend. Returned one as I didn't fit and no refund been issued over two weeks later. Awaiting to hear back from customer services.... Before I would have said 5 star. Now it this has been a pain rather than a nice shopping experience. Can't fault the actual shoes live the design comfort & quality.”

“I do love the this brand, shoes are gorgeous and comfortable but unfortunately the soles are not good First two pairs sole come off Last ones only used 5 times and there’s wholes underneath. Very expensive for sole’s quality”

“I ordered a pair of boots that did not arrive. After 10 days I rang head office to check what had been and had to reorder. When the boots eventually arrived I was very pleased with the fit and quality.”

“Shoes were not true to size. One of the only companies that insists the buyer pays for the return despite me wanting an exchange. Also had to send signed for, so cost £14! So I did not buy in the end in case the second pair were not suitable! Will never buy from this company again and could never recommend them to anyone. Buyer beware! I am so disappointed in this company.”

“Shoes were nice but too large. I returned them on 13th Jan via Modas recommended courier. I have not had an update or a refund, no one answers emails, phone or contact form. The shoes were nice but the customer service is awful so far…. I wouldn't recommend ordering online if you may return! Shame as they do such nice shoes!”

“Delivery was timely but boots were too small. Customer service weren't understanding or apologetic but simply said all shoes are different. Other reviews site the same issue if small sizes and this should be clear upon purchase. Also had to pay to return. Not a great experience.”
