I've been a long standing customer as their styles are always sexy, stylish and funky; but with recent purchases the sizes have been out by a full shoe size which is annoying.
It's expensive to return with no free returns service and the closure of so many physical stores making it difficult to return or exchange.
I hope a revision of UK manufacturing is made.
