Prompt delivery, but I had to return the item at it wasn't as described. It was described as white, but was actually pale grey. Disappointed to find I had to pay for the return

Ordered 2 pairs of sandals 1 pair had marks on the heel, contacted Moda but not good resolution offered, I didn’t want to go through the return process

Some lovely styles, but they appear to hide a lot of the material details, and it’s a struggle to determine if leather or plastic. I am still awaiting my delivery (Moda is annoyingly never fast) so I am yet to determine if my boots are leather or plastic. I am sure their lack of information is possibly against trading standards. Customer service is slow and nonchalant also.

sorry Moda, hate to give you a poor rating but you deserve it.... Sadly my lovely shoes did not fit so returned promptly to store but it took 2 weeks plus 3 chasing emails and a tel call to find out when my refund would be given. Will not be buying from you again.

Nice flip flops but only lasted 5 days and ended up in the bin, leather already looked cracked when delivered. Shame really because I liked them. Delivery was prompt but then I paid for next day delivery.

I love the shoes from Moda in Pelle and recently bought some boots. However, a couple of days later received an email offer with 20% off! I was really disappointed that I could have waited and received extra savings off my boots. Toyed with the idea of sending them back..........I'm not a satisfied customer at the moment.

I returned my order, (pink sling back shoes) that were unfortunately uncomfortable, on 17 August and I’m still waiting for my refund! Moda in Pelle have very unusual and generally good quality products but their refund process can take anywhere between 1 and 2 months, appalling. It’s put me off ever ordering shoes from this company again. This is not a good customer experience. You need to improve particularly when customers pay return postage costs!

Mods en pelle products are quality and stylish, however their customer service leaves much to be desired. I had to return an item and not happy at having to pay for it when I’d paid for delivery. Also I had to email them to trace the refund over a fortnight later. Won’t buy online again.

My boots arrived faulty with all the stitching coming undone and many marks over both pairs. Really disappointed as I could not wear them for my occasion. They had obviously not been checked at all as the fault was very bad and evident. I rang customer services who sent me a code to send them back free of charge. Two weeks later and I still haven't received my full refund. Poor service and goods. I hope you change my mind Moda In Pelle.

I am very disappointed with my first and last purchase from Moda, I bought a bag and shoes. The bag had horrible pink marks over it and what looked like a cigarette burn on the dust cover. The shoes looked nice and the leather was soft but were very wide and gapped at the sides so returned both. I had to wait nearly three weeks for my refund so over all I don't think I will bother buying from them in future.

The shoes slit on the sole of both shoes . I expected a full refund no messing you offered me 50% if I posted them back to you at my expense . In the end I took them to browns in Gainsborough. Who sent them back , but I could only have the same shoes , I will not buy or recommend moda pella again

It's frustrating that a signature is required on items sent, which means you have to facilitate being at home or hope a neighbour is

Quality of leather seemed as good as usual, but styling was poor and sizing way off. Very disappointing.

My trainers arrived damaged. The return was organised efficiently. I asked for a replacement pair which were still in stock on the website. I did not receive any acknowledgement of the trainers being received and no email to say they were out of stock . I just got an email a couple of weeks later to say a refund has been made.

Unfortunately l have made the order a month ago and haven’t received it yet even tho l keep paying for it, made it with Klarna. Evri came 3 times at my door and didn’t leave it as per instructions. I keep in touch with your assistants to update me about the order as l still want it , but looks like it take a sweet time to arrive, which is quite disappointing and frustrating.

The left shoe was bigger than the right not what you expect for the price of the shoes. You have to wait ages for a refund. Customer service was OK but everything has to be done via email. No number to call. Wouldn't use again.

I was after a pair of flatform trainers for a wedding. Bought 5 pairs to try. Although they arrived quite quickly, they were all too narrow - some more than others - there's a lack of consistency in sizing. To save return postage costs, I took them back to a store. The harassed assistant in the store plainly found the returns process irritating and was quick to tell me how long it would take for my refund... And she wasn't wrong! I've also tried trainers from M&S and Russell and Bromley - both of whom were much quicker to refund. Don't ask me if you don't want to know!

Dear Moda In Pelle, I have never received the shoes for 59 pounds purchased on June 17th. I would expect to refund this amount ASAP. As I have stated a second pair came with no problems whatsoever, I am not asking what is not fair, Siobhan Doran
