“Lovely boots, excellent quality 👌 but unfortunately I find the calf, as always too loose. I wish they'd make the calfs adjustable from slim to wide fit rather than wide to wider fit 🙄”

“I was very disappointed that when I ordered size 37 boot , which when I opened it was a 41 As there is Bologna shop near me now . I returned them Paid the postage and emailed customer service. Only to be told I should off read returns policy and contacted them first .not happy at all I don’t recall the return slip saying this . Hence I won’t buy again”

“LARGER FIT THAN AVERAGE SIZE 6, BOUGHT 4 PAIRS ALL SAY TRUE TO FIT...THEY WERE ALL TOO BIG. LIKE THE SHOES BUT PLEASE GET THE FIT CORRECT ITS PUTING ME OFF. LAURA N.”

“I ordered a pair of ankle boots from Moda In Pelle which arrived promptly and were as their description and photos but unfortunately they were too narrow in their width for my feet. I decided to return the boots for a refund following the instructions online. After two weeks I contacted customer service at Moda In Pelle to chase it up. I was told that they had no record of my return, to which I then had to track my parcel with Royal Mail, to find out that my boots had been delivered and signed for 3 days after I had returned them. I am still waiting for my refund three weeks on. I have contacted customer service with photos of my certificate of postage and screen shots of their receipt back to the warehouse. From this experience I am extremely disappointed and frustrated and will continue to chase my refund.”

“Delivery was quick but unfortunately the trainers were too big so had to be returned. No acknowledgment was received to say you had received them so I sent a message via Facebook, where I received confirmation that you had received them on 14 March and I should wait 14 working days to receive my refund and confirmation email. This is not good customer service. 3 weeks (including weekends) to process a refund is too long. I was going to order another pair from you once the refund has been received but I’m now having second thoughts. I always considered your company to be a premium brand but I’m really not happy with how long it takes to process a refund.”

“Lovely shoes, good price, good customer service. However, shoes were too big. I am a size 4 but these were more like a size 5 so am in the process of sorting out insoles. Edging of shoe digs into my skin on top of my foot but hoping they will wear in!”

“Lovely boots bought on sale. Last pair of trainers weren't great as a tab fell off the back as did a lace holder. Only buy simple boots on sale as trainers aren't robust.”

“I returned the boots as they were to small. They were lovely boots but still not received the money back. Was holding on the phone but it cuts you off after 10 mins! When I finally got through they said they would sort it but still no refund so had to call again! Terrible customer service”

“Ordered boots in sale as price good. Arrived and far too big . I have several Moda boots and this has never been an issue before. Please be aware it took a full month to get a refund. 10 full working days for return to be acknowledged and another 10 for refund to process. This is slow by any standards, not helped by awful customer service and communication which took ages to reply. This is the first time ive had to return anything and it has really put me off.”

“I really like the wide variety of choice and quality of MiP footwear. I particularly like the boots. However, your customer service and returns process really let the company down. MiP don't meet the customer guidelines set by the company, which is disappointing. Improvements need to be made.”
