The zip on the front of the boot is purely decorative. The leather was very stiff and I couldn’t actually get my foot inside.

Unfortunately when my shoes arrived they were wrong size I ordered or thought I ordered size 7 but size 3 delivered. So had to make a journey to return. So not able to comment on shoes. But lady in Northallerton would sorted the return was really nice

I have been a fan of MIP for years, and introduced several of my friends to them too. They are great designs and good quality. However, the customer service is deplorable. I recently placed an order that seemed to go missing and then was delivered too late for my use. I contacted the company many times before and after the delivery and got only one reply in a month, which response was irrelevant to the issue and did not solve the problem. I will continue to buy form the ship but I would'nt buy online agian ad=fter this frustrating experience.

Bought the Bezzie Red boots size 5. I find the sole too thin and could feel the pavement when walking, left me in pain. I don't like thick soles but a nice cusioned inner sock would do the trick and boots are a little narrow around the toe area but hope leather will stretch. There was also a crease on the right boot from somebody trying them, and the internal contents of the box was messy. Surely, returns team should have checked and repacked the boots properly! I would not recommend. Already posted a review but was not published probably because I gave 2 stars! On the plus side, I like the colour, soft leather, heel height and the length up from the ankle.

Shoes were a gift but arrived in a battered box with brown stains on the white laces. They claimed to be a size 8, but we're far too small for my partner. P I then had to pay for the return. Not going to shop with Moda in Pelle again.

I purchased boots which were too big . I returned on 22/10/25 and am still waiting a refund . Trying to get through by phone is impossible so I’ve mailed through on customer service and I’m still waiting for a response 24 hrs later.

The boots were to big and I had to send them back at my own exspense. The refund has taken a lng time and still have not got it yet even though these were sent back on the 18th October. Such a shame as I do love mode de pelle shoes and boots but it has put me off ordering any more from you.

The shoes are fabulous and very good value. My low rating is due to the continued disruption of Moda In Pelle’s refund system. They owe me nearly £100 for items I returned weeks ago. They have acknowledged this, and credited my account with them with £28. This is a nice gesture and I appreciate it. However my credit card bill was due yesterday and they still haven’t paid back the money they owed me. So I have had to pay it myself - meaning less money in October to live on! How much longer is it going to take to fix this?

Lovely products but terrible customer service. I returned some boots over 3 weeks ago which seem to have been lost by EVRI in transit. No replies from emails and impossible to get to talk to anyone. Not impressed so far. I am owed a £55 refund and spent £3.50 on a return that never arrived.

Shoes are lovely but sadly too narrow. I had to return two pairs and followed instructions to return them in store. Returns process should take @10 working days” but took far longer, no replies to emails, or chat and phone lines weren’t answered. I had to get a credit card chargeback for both returns and only then did I receive an email response, a week later. I don’t know what’s going on, but there is a problem with customer support right now.

The trainers were great quality but gaped on my right foot. I took them back to the Manchester shop, although I bought on line. This was almost 1 month ago and I still haven't had a refund! My chat box has remained unanswered and no reply from customer services. I'm sorry I have to write this poor review as I've had several pairs of Moda shoes and always been happy.

Unfortunately I can only give two stars as the customer care response is very poor. Refunds should not take over three weeks and still waiting. I've bought quite a few pairs of shoes and boots from Moda in Pele in the past, and luckily I've never had to return them. The quality is fabulous and designs are beautiful! Howerver, I am still awaiting a refund from a recent return as I ordered a few pairs so that I could choose the best style. I have been waiting for over three weeks and nothing yet. I am concerned as no one from Moda in Pele have contacted me - I've only received automated replies from email, text messages and online chat. I love the shoes that I have kept, so I have put the same shoes, but in a different colour in my basket. I will not be purchasing any more shoes until I receive my refund.

Very slow refunding. I have been waiting 27 days for a refund. Even though they have accepted they have the return. My refund has still not been processed.

I have bought many many pairs of shoes from Moda in Pelle over the years and never had a problem until now. In mid August I bouht a pair of silver sandals online. I am usully size 5 in their shoes nd 4 in their boots which is not helpful . The sandals had a double ankle strap that was too short to do up and I don't have fat ankles. Furthermore the shoes were unusually heavy so no good for packing to take on a flight. Finally one of the petals was bent. I returned the shoes to a branch of Moda in Pelle and expected a refund in a short space of time. However they did say it could take up to ten working days, ie two weeks. In actual fact, it took four weeks for the refund to my account! I really don't find this acceptable.

Returned two pairs of sandals. The refund process is not very quick. Phoned but lines not open. Tried for two days. No response from the chat line either. Had to send two emails

the service i receieved when ordering and delivery was very good, i have no complaints there. However, i returned my order in store on Monday 25th August and have still not received a refund which is very poor. the communication on emails is very slow.

I have rated this review because, although my trainers were delivered promptly, I had to send them back which was acknowledged and I chose a refund. I was informed this would take 10 working days from 15th August and I am still waiting for my refund on 6th September.
