“Shoes are fine but customer service poor. Emailed on Tuesday about my refund , had an automated response and nothing since, not good enough.”

“The quality of the shoes l ordered was excellent and very stylish and a reasonable price for leather. Unfortunately they didn't suit my feet due to health issues. I am disappointed in that l have returned the item promptly and it has taken several for a refund and l am still waiting.”

“Purchased 2 pairs of sandals and had to return both as too small when I had actually purchased the size bigger than I normally have as had to buy online as nearest store had closed down . Still waiting for refund 2 weeks after they were received back at the warehouse”

“I returned the sandals because they were too narrow. When I hadn’t received a refund after 14 days I telephoned customer service and was promised a refund in 3-5 days. After a further 7 days I telephoned again only to be told my refund hadn’t been processed due to an error on the part of the previous customer service operative. I’m now waiting for the promised refund 🤞🤞 Not happy at all.”

“Nice shoes, nothing special. Really poor delivery, they arrived over a week late seemed to be an issue with Hermes delivery. I needed them for a specific event that they didn’t arrive in time for so I returned them.”

“I ordered four pairs of sandals for £400. None suited me. Checked their website and tried to return via Morleys. They have not been a stockist for years so did not accept. Then returned all 4 by post, buying my own packaging materials as originals not reusable and posting at my own expense. Waited two weeks and no refund. Chased via customer services and eventually received a refund after a further week. Not good enough. Will not order from Moda Pelle again.”

“After a month I still hadn't received the shoes I had ordered. I had contacted the courier Evri and they told me that my package was being sent back to the shop because a mistake was made and I had to contact the sender. Fortunately Moda in Pelle's customer service was very helpful and they were able to refund me within a day.”

“I've recently purchased 4 pairs of boots and shoes love the comfort and hope to purchase more but I had to return a pair to a branch although I purchased on line 15 days later I'm still waiting for a refund and have called the head office numerous times to no avail really have made me think twice about ordering on line again”

“I have one pair of shoes I love from here, so comfy and stylish. On this basis I bought a second pair online..what i received was.very different and a faulty item that had obviously been previously worn and returned due to manufactured fault - large bump on sole where ball of foot should sit. The returns process has been difficult..at first they said it's ok,.they want to keep me as a customer sp will refund without be going to the hassle of.aensinh back..I say yes please but then days go by and I hear nothing. I email again and this time get a difference response from a different person saying I have to send the shoes back but because they've taken so long to respond I might miss the 28 day window. So unfortunately they have lost a customer who would have probably bought at least 3 pairs of shoes a year.”
