“Products are good. Responce of customer service very poor. It took 5 weeks to refund and confirm I had returned an item.”

“I am very disappionted with this year purchase as I have been waiting for it more than a month by now. The courier you are using now is hopeless. Please change it for outside UK . I am very fond of Moda In Pelle and I have been always happy but this time I am very upset . Please change it xxxx :( I haven't recieve it yet :(”

“The shoes I thought were beautiful, exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately they had been made too big or wrongly sized. I am always a size 40, these were massive. After contacting customer services they said I couldn't have a free return even though I went to a lot of trouble to point out the fault was with them. It cost me over £5 to return them as they had to be returned within 14 days. I eventually got a return label but this was far too late for me to use. I feel I can never confidently but from this company online again.”

“Disappointed with service. Item received was correct packaging, However at least two sizes too big. Customer service was very slow and my last message not answered. Had no choice but to return at my own expense. Will not use this company again.”

“Within 1 week of purchasing my boots the sole had fallen off from the heal with only a couple of cm’s holding at the toe. Such a shame as they really are lovely boots but I got them repaired , delivery was on time.”

“This was my first purchase from you. The size 6 ankle boots I ordered for my wife were lovely but too small and returned. Your returns process is poor. I returned the boots as insructed and tracked delivery via Royal Mail. No acknowledgement of receipt of the item has been sent to me by Moda In Pelle even if processing the refund takes time. I don't believe your administration processes to be fit for purpose in this online retail age. Although your product was great and the delivery process good, the returns process is poor. It takes too long and makes me hesitant to purchase from you again.”

“The size 7 shoes I bought were so small I couldn’t get my foot into the shoe properly. To have to pay to return them was an annoyance. I won’t buy the shoes online again”

“Product quality is always good but the online customer service is extremely poor. I've had an issue on every order I've made. Wrong shoes in the box, damaged boxes, slow delivery and even slower response from customer services. Their poor customer service is damaging the brand reputation in my opinion”

“Unfortunately my boots did not fit and I had to return them the same day they were delivered. Moda in Pelle confirmed they received them on the 17 December yet the refund was not actioned until the 8 January and the money is still in transit. Even allowing for Christmas this is disappointing service from a brand I love.”

“I ordered on 1st December! Took three weeks to arrive and then due to wrong size returned same day. Still waiting for a refund and haven’t heard anything even though Royal Mail confirmed delivered over 2 weeks ago. Poor service and poor communication.”

“Despite two pairs of boots bought from MIP before, which were a perfect fit, the boots I bought this time, in the same size, were far too small. Had to be returned, and at my expense. So I returned on the 18th October. For some unfathomable reason, I didn't receive my refund until the 15th November, a full month later. The only positive is that my emails regarding the refund were answered promptly. Would not buy online from them again.”
