My boots arrived promptly , I Loved them, but one was a size 5 and the other one a size 7. Sent email but didn’t get a reply for 4 days. Moda in pelle was requesting that I send photographic evidence.
Why? It was not my fault they were the wrong size, in my original email, I had asked if they could send a new pair to my local Moda in pelle shop to exchange the odd pair.. It would have been so simple.
