“Quick delivery and decent price. Not sure why you would give away an Amazon Dot as a prize as this company are only too happy to take business away from you as they’re doing with lots of small companies - I could have got these bulbs through Amazon but I prefer to shop at small businesses. Anyway, should I be unlucky enough to win an Amazon Dot please give it to someone else.”

“Service was good but packaging of glass tube was poor resulting in two out of three tubes arrived broken. The office did arrange for a full refund of money which was good. Sadly the packing is letting the business down.”

“The whole process from ordering through delivery to installation of my LED replacement for an old fluorescent tube was very easy, and efficient - the package was really well packed in a large cardboard tube - so the whole thing was a breeze - great relief for this anxious female D-I-Y-er.”
