“Very good choice of lights and good prices. I opted for 3 outdoor lights to illuminate the garden and side of the house, the attached video shows how effective the two on the back are (these are Osram LEDvance 50W, 5500 lumens 6500K daylight colour units, SKU: FTG-LEDFLOOD50IP-B6500K-O-2). The company responded promptly to a couple of email queries too. Only drawback was delivery- the first one got lost then the re-order came to a work address but didn't have my name on or any accompanying paperwork so it got put on one side and lost for a week.”

“Great prices and fast delivery. Was quoted over £80 to fit one new led panel as previous one had failed, quick look online and found essentially the same item here, including tax and delivery for £17. Five minutes to fit and jobs done. Have another 10 panels which are showing signs of age, will be buying the 16 pack to replace all these when they start to fail.”

“I ordered and paid for a mirror from this company. It was to be delivered in a few days. 2 weeks later they rang me to tell me it was out of stock . I was extremely disappointed as I had spent a long time deciding on the exact mirror I wanted. They offered me a replacement if I would choose one, even if it were more expensive. When I picked the replacement , it was same mirror but the larger size even though I preferred the size I originally ordered, the company would not fulfill their promise. The girl who had phoned me in the first place actually denied that she made the offer. A very poor company. I requested a full refund and bought from a different place. I would not recommend.”

“Im very dissapointed, at first i contacted the suport team as i wanted some clarification on the lights i had ordered, i ordered cool white but the lights colour was alot warmer, i send the picture of the back of the panel as asked however i was ignored. Second one panel stoped working after 4 days. The electrition came out to check it and had to swap it out for an old panel i had about. He confirmed it was the panel that stoped working. I again messged the suport team and was ignored again. How hard is it for a company that sells lights to get lights correct?”
