“Very good choice of lights and good prices. I opted for 3 outdoor lights to illuminate the garden and side of the house, the attached video shows how effective the two on the back are (these are Osram LEDvance 50W, 5500 lumens 6500K daylight colour units, SKU: FTG-LEDFLOOD50IP-B6500K-O-2). The company responded promptly to a couple of email queries too. Only drawback was delivery- the first one got lost then the re-order came to a work address but didn't have my name on or any accompanying paperwork so it got put on one side and lost for a week.”

“Used Lampshoponline for a few years now, but my last order 2 weeks ago has left me very disappointed. Ordered 9 led panel lights of which 2 were faulty, which I’ve never experienced before. After 2 phone calls and exchanging emails I was informed they could not replace them, because they were not in stock. But after going on their website, I could order loads if I wanted them!”

“The lamp fitted ok and works well. It was also robustly packaged. However, one of the two plastic ties, that allows the LED strip lamp to be suspended in mid-air from the base whilst installing, was seen to be cut right through when the packaging was removed. It is only possible that this happened during manufacturing, before the unit was boxed. A new tie had to be made from a large cable tie and then fitted to the lamp. This wasted about half an hour. Better inspection of these lamps is needed during the manufacturing process. None of this is an issue with lampshoponline, whom wojld readily use again.”
