“The lamp shop was recommended to me, I found ordering very easy and it was sent and received within 48 hours as stated. Unfortunatly when the parcel arrived the bulbs were broken and had been damaged by the delivery company. I refused delivery and immediatly rang the Lamp shop who then sent the same day new bulbs and they arrived next day in good condition. There were no quibble the follow up service was first class.(the first parcel was well wraped in bubble wrap and was not the fault of the Lamp shop in my opinion)”

“I couldn't find the tube I needed but when I emailed to see if they had one I was directed to the correct tube which I ordered & it was delivered within two days. Would certainly recommend this company.”

“Searched for ages trying to find a replacement circular tube for a desk magnifying lamp I bought about 20 years ago. Asked for advice about it and a replacement starter, got a quick reply and had the goods 3 days later. Old equipment as good as new. Perfect.”

“Used the online chat facility for a recommendation of LED fittings and bulbs for garage. Ordered immediately, good price and despatched next day. Sadly sent wrong fittings, but replaced with correct items next day, and didn’t want originals returned. Not cost effective. So had everything I required within three days and at very good prices. Couldn’t have been better service. Now have four 4’ fluorescent fittings to dispose of.”

“The light itself is of good quality and it was delivered reasonably quickly. The problem was the lack of communication from the company. There was a problem with checking out when buying and I wasn’t sure if the transaction had gone through. I waited for the confirmation email, but, it never arrived. I contacted customer services who apologised and said they would re-send confirmation. That didn’t arrive either. The first and only communication that I received from the company was to review the transaction. I didn’t even receive a notification of the item being sent. I am sorry but this was very poor customer service from the company. By the way, because I didn’t know that the item was due to be delivered, I was not at home when the delivery was attempted. I had a 4 mile round trip to collect the item from the designated post office! I would think twice about using this company again.”
