In general, the experience was good. The products ordered were of good quality and extremely well packaged to avoid damage. Also came at a very reasonable price compared to other suppliers.
Unfortunately, one of the LED tubes was faulty and I had to request another be sent out.
Customer services were brilliant and I had a replacement in 2 days.
