Very happy with my light bulbs, they were well packed to prevent breakage. Bought 2 as it was the first time I have had to replace this particular bulb in our wet room, and I was having trouble purchasing from stores and online- none available.

Wrong lamps were ordered - procedure to return was straight forward enough.
Of course you have to pay for returning the item - fair enough.
However Lampshop did not refund my original postal charge,the lamps arrived in a flimsy cello bag - very surprised bulbs survived the post.
I run a business and if a customer returns an item - we refund their original postal cost - it is a matter of good customer relations - which sadly was lacking with the Lampshop

Extremely Poor after service from these guys. They like to quickly take your money, but seem to think that you are lying about a faulty item, saying that they will have them tested. REALLY, like I've got nothing better to do than claim a Refund with all the hassle. This must be their way of wearing customers down so they don't claim a refund. Very poor customer service.
