“Disappointed with OSRAM 20W 400OK cool white flood light , as it give off white/yellowish colour. Descriptions mention cool white colour. Could not return as it is not faulty and can`t pay electrician for extra work as it is not his fault.”

“The lamps were what I expected, but the quality of packaging was awful. To risk putting glass in a bubblewrap envelope was not what I would do. Every carton on every bulb was damaged in some way. None were broken but who’s to say they will still be working when I need them?”

“One of our Christmas trees is fibre optic and the bulb stopped working. We hunted high and low at all the usual suspects (Wickes, Homebase etc.) but couldn't find a store which stocked that particular bulb. Then discovered Lampshop - ordered it and two days later it was delivered. We now have a working tree again. Great service, great price and fast delivery. They will become my first stop next time.”
