“Im very dissapointed, at first i contacted the suport team as i wanted some clarification on the lights i had ordered, i ordered cool white but the lights colour was alot warmer, i send the picture of the back of the panel as asked however i was ignored. Second one panel stoped working after 4 days. The electrition came out to check it and had to swap it out for an old panel i had about. He confirmed it was the panel that stoped working. I again messged the suport team and was ignored again. How hard is it for a company that sells lights to get lights correct?”

“The product and its delivery are above reproach. BUT. I didn’t know that not all LED bulbs are the same. The last ones I had were simply installed exactly as the old glass tubes were, and didn’t need any ‘starter thing’. So I installed two of my four bulbs without the supplied starter and instantly destroyed them. It would help people who aren’t electricians if you were to place a warning in large red print that not all LED bulbs are the same and that these MUST be used with the supplied starter.”

“I couldn't believe how cheap it was, including the delivery costs it was still cheaper than every other place I looked at for the same product. It looks amazing, just waiting for the neighbours to ask where we got it from! Communication was first class and delivery was on time. Highly recommended”
