Ordered on Tuesday ready for dispatch on a Thursday for a Friday Delivery. double checked on the Thursday with a phone call to confirm the delivery is still on schedule. Friday 3pm comes and no delivery. Informed by phone call that there is no stock. Refund issued straight away but that doesn't help for a job that they are needed for the next day

The LED tubes I ordered were not compatible with the system I have, even though they were the same size and fitted the battens. But when I tried to sent them back I was informed that I would have to pay the return postage. When I looked into the cost of doing so, it was almost as much as the tubes cost in the first place. They're now in the dustbin awaiting collection. It would have helped if some guidance had been given on the website about compatibility issues. Had I known of them I wouldn't have wasted the money. Ah well, we live and learn...

Very poor quality product. Floodlight randomly comes on for no reason and doesn't turn off unless turned off in the app. Complete waste of money.

Wouldn’t use these again ever. 2 bulbs turned up smashed. They don’t answer emails or answer the phone. Avoid at all costs. I’ve lost the money I spent here. Never ever again.

I ordered a lampoff yourselves a panel LED 300mm x 1200mmit came the very next day which was great. It was wrapped in a single layer of corrigated cardboard. Inside this was a layer of bubble wrap and then the lamp. It was damaged beyond use all the back was dented and caved in. We contacted yourselves and had a nice apology and a second one was sent. This arrived again cardboard ripped. We opened it to find the lens compoletley smashed. Contacted you again spoke to a lady and told her the packaging was uselss and that it should have handle with care or fragile tape on it. The third one arrived at 11.30am today I photographed the parcel as it was when it arrived ripped again. We have opened the package and I have took photos again and a video the third one again is dented. This lamp is going onto a new customers work station we cannot send it out with a damaged light that would be the end of us as a supplier. We have had a number of lights off youin the past and they all cam in proper cardboard boxes which were wrapped in Bubble wrap and then strong cardboard no problems. This must be costing you money we cant be the only people buying these lamps off yourselves it needs sorting out. Thanks Barry Bowen Managing Director AFTSL

Neither of the lights I got from your firm work it looks like someone has been in the box because 1 end had bubble wrap and sellotape over the end really not impressed with your firm.

Had previously brought lights but found the standards have dropped considerably! The cables on the power supply are alot shorter than previous and paid for next day delivery but took 3 working days (plus weekend) to turn up. When I complained, I was sent half a message back.

I bought 25 led panel lights, they came in 3 boxes of 8 and 1 individually packaged. 1 of the boxes of 8 had faulty light fittings. On inspection the fittings were all dented, probably done in transit.
