“I highly recommend LampshopOnline.I needed these particular downlights so that we could just unplug old one and plug in new one without the need of an electrician as in the past when I ordered some saying plug in but were not.Not from this company I might add. These are perfect and I ordered more as I have 21 downlights in our extension.Very good fast service.Excellent.”

“Fitted 2 × 5fts in our garage. To replace 2 × 6ft fluorescent. My electrician son replaced them. He found them easy to fit. Far brighter than the old ones and instant. Very pleased.”

“My item was delivered in a timely manner but unfortunately it broke during transit. I phoned lamps online and told them what happened. They requested that I email them explaining what has happened. I also mentioned I need the item urgently. It was so nice of them, they dispatched a replacement which was for next day delivery, hence I received next day!! Extremely pleased with service I received.”

“Ordering online was straightforward enough and the goods arrived promptly. However, on opening the Jiffy bag which the bulbs were shipped in, the small cardboard bulb boxes inside were all crushed! Thankfully, the bulbs were undamaged. Improve the overall packaging in future and you’ll then have an excellent service. Hence my rating of 3 stars for LampShopOnline.”
