“We ordered the wrong bulb, got through to someone straight away who resolved our issues immediately. With the age of large online retailers, it’s refreshing to deal with a company where I could speak to someone with a single phone call who understood my problem. No automated options, no call holding for hours, no overseas CS reps who didn’t understand my problem. 10/10”
