Not a bad mirror but not brilliant. Takes some time to demist. Led lighting, average but does not highlight your face.

We ordered 4 light panels. Flimsy packing, only brown paper with bubble wrapping, no box or cardboard to protect the panels. We received the order with 2 broken panels. However the helpline are very professional and help us sort it out very quickly.

First attempt at delivery failed. Royal Mail retained it in Manchester - 100 miles away! When chased Lampshop tried second time. They were corteous and good as their word

3 stars because I paid for the next day delivery service and it took three days. You told me that the starter was not available at the time. You did not inform me about that until I contacted you. However, the items were as displayed on your website they are good quality. I wish you good luck

2x5ft twin strip lights and bulbs… arrived look well packed in thick bubble packing. Opened today only to find one unit badly bent! As it was not within the 3 days had to bend it to fit….. fortunately it was only for the garage so I fitted it. Apart from that, service was good.

Bought 5 lamps - two of the lamps arrived broken. Cheap though, so haven't returned the. Very will packed but glass in the post is a recipe for disaster.

The order and delivery went very smoothly but , I was unable to return my emergency lights. I was aware that they were made to order at the point of ordering but at no point was I made aware that, as a result, they could not be returned.

Box came opened, no instructions for light fitting and instructions for remote to set up the microwave detector are “broken” poor Chinese translation. Cannot set up the sensor. Would not use again

Super helpful staff to assist in finding the right products. First shipment of two 5 foot LED tubes was fast and well packaged, unfortunately both tubes were smashed inside. The team requested photo evidence and quickly arranged a replacement. I have just opened it and both tubes are again smashed. Package is secure, not sure if they’re going in broken or DHL are using the package as a baseball bat? I’ll be trying one more time.

It took three attempts to deliver two fluorescent tubes unbroken due to poor packaging. Also the first delivery which was supposed to be guaranteed next day actually took five days. All worked out ok eventually.

Not happy as wanted another 2 which I paid next day delivery on Thursday still not recieved . After calling them told there was a cut off point which in my eyes should not of had to pay extra so let down on time as can't finish job to let you know what I thought of product. Feel let down.
