“Small issue with missing part which was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Lakeland, however, sadly, 48hr delivery by Parcelforce which i paid £8.99 extra for took 6 days in the end and was attrocious which is outwith Lakeland Furnitures control.”

“A nicely packaged item which was very easy to construct and provides a sturdy and comfortable perch at our breakfast bar. The product looks quite elegant and my only criticism would be with regard to an element of shoddiness regarding the plastic plugs which push in to the feet. Several of these were clearly forced into place and didn't fit snugly! Their concertina effect was damaged in many cases because of sharp metal burrs/edges inside of each leg which would be better if filed to a smoother finish.”

“Excellent service all round! Very helpful in answering questions by phone on things like returns policy/product information etc. Very pleased with quality of the chairs we purchased and also impressed with speed of delivery and quality of packaging. All in all a very good experience with this company which proves that you really do not need a High Street presence to sell furniture”

“The product is good but the delivery was very poor. You need to get yourselves a decent delivery company as Yodel let you and me down not once but twice by going to the wrong property and that wasted 50min of my time chasing them.”
