“We shopped around for a large corner sofa and table and this was competetive on price and product looked as good whem we fot it as it did in the images. We are very happy with the purchase and delivery and communication was very good.”

“The box was slightly damaged the chrome part of the leg was sticking out of box. NO INSTRUCTIONS which was disappointing.”

“Received in good time and in general lovely chair and comfortable too. However, there is a rip in the leather on delivery which obviously you don’t know about until you have almost put it together as beneath wrapping so that is very disappointing. A great deal of hassle and inconvenience to send back and replace....”

“Looks good and is comfortable ,but------ when I started to do the simple assembly of the chair ,there were no instructions ,yes ,there were only 8 screws and an allan key ,but as I had not assembled a chair before and it was obvious what to do , BUT because of the two different screw lengths I didn't know whether the 4 short ones went in the legs or the metal leg holder so got it wrong to start ,then changed that round of course, but a few words would have helped, apart from that .ask me how it is in a year ,test of time you know.”

“The furniture was great. We paid extra for next day delivery when we ordered on a Thursday lunchtime, but our stuff didn’t arrive until Monday. Very disappointing .......fair enough if some things can’t be delivered the next day, but at least don’t take our money and promise the undeliverable.”

The cut off point for next day delivery is 12pm and I see your order was placed earlier than this. Looking into it further I have been informed the late delivery and charge was due to the post code in which the item was delivered and this should have appeared on the website when ordering the items.
