Ordered bar stools for the second time and didn’t send the legs to the bar stools after calling and sending five emails still no response !!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased 3 Kitchen Stools from lakeland Furniture. We had an initial issue which was dealt with quickly and no charge for a small replacement required. My problem has arisen no that after having these stools for just over the 12 month warranty period, 2 of the 3 have broke due to poor quality welding on the base of the seat. This has made the very dangerous as my brother fell off the back of one of them at Christmas. They are not willing to accept that the product is faulty and standing behind their 12 month policy. I believe if you pay for a product like this you should expect more then 12 months of use. I know have to source a new company and buy 3 new stools. I would like to think that if my stools breaking happened to be a one off issue they could replace them, but this makes me feel they get this issue a lot therefore take the company line not to offer any support/replacements. Very disappointing. I have attached images showing the poor welding (which is not in the right place causing the weakness and then breaking), you can see the welding has come away and making it very dangerous for someone leaning back.

Looking into this just now with the support team I have been informed they replied to your email on Tuesday requesting images of the seats also as they do not have the images of the seats attached in your email. Chair arrived damaged and with parts missing. chair rocks and won't fix in position. Customer service responded quickly at first but have gone silent on me.

Ordered SPARK FAUX LEATHER OFFICE CHAIR… Ordered SPARK FAUX LEATHER OFFICE CHAIR GREY. Twice the item arrived damaged. First time was leather damaged due to everything just being thrown into a box with zero packaging protection. Second chair replacement arrived with both arm attachments damaged and cracked. I then asked for a third replacement and their response was "There seems to be an issue between ourselves, couriers, and how the item is reaching you" so be warned this company is not able to issue safe delivery of this item. I did ask for them to send two arm rest attachments and possibly a discount to keep the chair and they refused which is odd considering they damaged the chair twice already. Their excuse was as stated above "There seems to be an issue between ourselves, couriers, and how the item is reaching you" Zero quality control.

Terrible company. Avoid at all costs! They've messed up two orders, once sending out the wrong parts to a chair and then again sending out a faulty chair. They refuse to rectify the issue and it's near on impossible to get in contact with them. Don't get seduced by their products, you will be disappointed and out of pocket!

I have already sent email furniture does not fit together holes for screws are not in correct place so can only get 3 in. Arm rests are off centre and I’m unable to use chair as I’m frightened it falls apart with not all screw in?

Furniture arrived promptly well packaged. Instructions where poor and generic , so weren’t even for the exact model and not clear. The chairs are not the size they say on the website. So don’t fit in the space properly Someone has put they are 42cm wide and are a lot bigger. Website news updating Tried ringing but no answer on the phones

Faulty bar stools, holes did line up so you could not screw all the screws in, one of the legs were shorter than the rest. Online support not very helpful, automatic email reply. They are taking them back and I hope they are quicker at returning my money

Ordered a red transparent acrylic chair. It came with wrong sized bolts (too small) - so can’t really assemble it 🤷‍♀️

I ordered a desk chair and specifically paid for next day delivery, only to discover that Lakeland Furniture has delivered the wrong item and has instead provided a bar stool. Very disappointed.

Avoid! Very poor quality products! Laughable customer service! I wish I had read some of the reviews online before purchasing from Lakeland Furniture. You can ignore the reviews on their website as they are all positive. I of course understand why they wouldn’t include the negative reviews. It seems I am one of many who have experienced similar problems with quality of product and also sending out the wrong products. I ordered a grey Scanon office chair order number 140048789. When it arrived I found a manufacturing defect where the seams on the chair were not stitched. I emailed Lakeland Furniture with photos and they asked if I was prepared to keep the chair for a £25 refund. I told them no I wasn’t. If I was to use the chair the split would only get worse. They arranged to send out a replacement chair. Unfortunately the replacement chair they sent was the wrong one. They did say I could keep it instead of the one I ordered but I told them I actually wanted the chair I ordered. At this point there was an offer of a £10 good will gesture plus a new correct chair would be sent out and the previous chair collected. I did receive an email stating ‘Please be advised the refund (goodwill gesture) has been issued and will be in your account within 3-5 working days’. This was a lie as it was never processed. The replacement chair arrived but had the same defective stitching. Clearly quality control is very poor. By this time I had lost confidence in the product and asked them to collect and give me a full refund. They did this but there was no goodwill gesture. When I asked why I was told ‘The gesture of good will is paid back to you from your own money.’ I found that quite funny and certainly won’t lose any sleep over it. If they carry on like this they will however lose plenty of customers. I would not use Lakeland Furniture again.

I have complained that I can't put together the chair as two of the bolts are too short to reach the threads. I've had one response, but no follow up to actually solve the issue. I think it's absolutely ridiculous that you're selling a chair for this much money that actually can't be put together. It's also ridiculous that you can send me a survey asking my how everything has been, but not actually solve the issue I've got.

Secondhand item sent, packaging including tool pack had been previously opened and used. Base of furniture scratched. Discussion had with customer care. They initially refused to remove their waste, then after considerable effort from me offered to collect the whole item. SCAMMERS who tried very hard to get away with me disposing of their industrial waste. Person emailing was unhelpful and tried to make sorting the issue difficult - we are now buying our office furniture from a more reliable cheaper competitor who offer same items and much better service

Not impressed by customer service. Once they have sent the item to their courier (who is also poor) they are not interested in helping to ensure you actually receive the item. The courier is not flexible on deliveries and its not possible to speak to someone by phone so all in all a really poor experience.
