“Ordered 3 kitchen bar stools and they look lovely... one arrived damaged and as they were the last 3 in stock I was promptly offered a refund or I was asked if I wanted a different style. But the customer service team still tried to help and managed to double check and found another one in the warehouse. So quick to reply and kept me informed all the time.”

“Not opened all packages yet but one chair back is severely marked with creases ,shouldn’t have passed quality control,will advise is others as bad”

“The garden umbrella looks absolutely fine but had a lot of problems with delivery date mix ups. Paid the supplement for Saturday delivery but the umbrella did not arrive. Whilst Lakeland promptly refunded the supplement it did not solve the problem as I booked a Saturday delivery for a reason. Then the courier company tried to deliver it during the week. No phone number to contact Lakeland and I was on the point of asking for a full refund but got it today on a Saturday one week late. - Shame as it is a really nice product but sadly I would think twice in future if Lakeland were using the same courier company.”

“Not very impressed. After final assembly I am quite pleased but gettinh there was not easy. Very difficult to assemble due to location hole for screws being out of alignment. First chair took over two and a half hours to assemble”

“Prompt dispatch. Delivery by Parcelforce, which does not give detailed estimate of delivery time but did deliver on the specified day. The Cambridge garden umbrella seems well made and is certainly good value for money at this price point.”

“Stools are lovely but service is rubbish. Paid £14.99 for next day delivery... took day off work waited in all day.... guess what they didn’t arrive..... couldn’t call office as said delivery till 9pm then offices had closed. Had to wait in another day... said would be here between 9-11am didn’t come till 12!!! Jokers”
