“I ordered 2 stools and when they arrived I realised they were not suitable. I emailed Lisa (custo er services i believe) and she immediately arranged collection and delivery of two new stools within 24 hours. Absolutely brilliant service. Can't thank you enough. 10/10. Thank you so much.”

“I ordered the Oblek office chair and it arrived very quickly. Sadly the seat was slightly damaged, but Helen at customer services couldn’t have been more helpful and a replacement was sent was sent. This too arrived quickly. The chair is exactly what I was looking for, true to measurements and it fits really well in a small space. I’m thrilled to bits with it and won’t hesitate to recommend Lakeland Furniture in the future.”

“Our dark green and chrome stools arrived and we couldn’t be happier, they were easy to assemble. The price was very competitive the delivery was quick. Tricky as it is buying colours online, as you’re never quite sure if it’s the right shade, these were spot on.they match our new dark green kitchen perfect.”

“Furniture fine. Did not like the tax being added on the end. The extra £30. The legs to the dining chair seats were packed separately and stated on the box; Bar stool legs. I was getting a little worried but the correct legs were packed”

To clarify, the basket initially shows the price without VAT, but the final total — which includes VAT — is always the same as the price the item is advertised for on the product page. “The office chair arrived quickly and was exactly as pictured. The only issue is that there weren't instructions on how to assemble it. I went on YouTube to find some tutorials and I was able to put it together quite easily”
