The stools themselves are great. Very reasonably priced for a good quality look and finish. I fortunately, 3 of them came with a missing plastic feet cap. I reported this and asked for 3 tiny caps to be posted out. They said they can’t do this and sent us a full base unit, which I then had to remove 3 caps from them discard a perfectly good piece of metalwork. Very bad for the environment, nevermind the company p&l. They need to address this.

I am pleased the stools are great, very reasonably priced with a good quality finish but I am sorry to read 3 of the stools came without the plastic feet caps. We are currently unable to send just the caps and I do apologise regarding this but I shall forward your concerns over to my manager and they will look into this for the future. Bases are ok but not fantastic, whilst they do the job, both bottom plates came dented underneath in their packaging, this in turn stands out like a sore thumb on the black finished surface, clearly not checked before being sent, that or simply ignored!

If we hadn’t received one part were drill holes not done and a missing protector on the leg it would have been higher stars as the actual chair is good quality and very comfy. When you’ve ‘finally’ put it together with no instructions.

The chair is lovely, but it did come with a dint in the cushion which remains there a week later. I emailed straightaway and I'm still waiting for a response. A shame as delivery was good and other than that, it's a good chair

Very pleased with the chair. comfy and built like a tank. Sad to say, but the 10% off code was still in force on the date of my purchase but I was still billed for the full price. So, NOT very happy.

Good prices. Customer service great. Quality of bar stools ordered just ok. First delivery wrong food test received and unable to attach to stool. Quickly resolved after speaking with customer services and a new one sent out the next day. There after noticed a dent in the base of stool, have just left it and not got in contact with customer services again. So for quality its 3 stars, everything else 5.

The office chair that I ordered was OK, but it arrived with no assembly instructions. I emailed Lakeland immediately and it took four days to get a response. And the instructions sent in the response didn't even correspond to my chair. By that time I'd already looked on YouTube for similar chairs and worked it out myself.

Parasol Slightly smaller than 2m but description does state sizes are approx. When I ordered parasol there was a promo code to get a cover for one pound. I used this but never got cover. I E.Mailed Lakeland to ask why this was invalid while still advertised if they had none left but no reply Also didn’t receive parasol from Lakeland but from Discount Stock Outlet

The chair looks good and is comfortable. Relatively easy to put together (despite there being no instructions). Three stars because it came with 2 screws instead of 4 so I can’t use it yet, plus it came with the wrong wheels. Otherwise, I’d say it’s good value.

We purchased 3 beautiful gel stools last week. They really were beautiful. Unfortunately they are no good for my husband nor, I think, for anyone taller than myself. The footrest is positioned on the riser so the gap between the seat and the footrest remains the same however high or low the seat is. This means my husband either keeps the seat low and his feet on the floor or alternatively, has his knees up near his chest. Not the most comfortable way to sit. Your site and your delivery are brilliant

Items were nice and clean, unfortunately, my boxes were ripped on delivery and needed to exchange. The exchange process is very good, a shame for a return you have to pay for a courier yourself.

One of the 4 chairs that arrived had sellotape taped to the chair seat rather than underneath the seat. This has resulted in a sticky mark left behind from the sellotape which I do not know how to remove without damaging the chair. Whoever put the wrappings over the chair was very careless!!!

The Black Cuban bar stools were great when initially purchased albeit I had some initial issues with parts which were resolved reasonably quickly. 3 months after the warranty period ended, we noticed a tear next to the seam on one and although it is acceptable that they would not provide a free replacement, I could not even purchase a replacement part e.g. the seat which seems wasteful.

I bought a bar stool with chrome legs. The choice was excellent, with three or four leg finishes and a range of colours. The chair, when built was as seen on the website. Delivery took two days, much faster than expected. The stool needed construction and there were no instructions provided and I had to get help to build it and it took a little working out. One bolt was missing and so far I can't buy one to completely finish the job. We chose one in the chair seat to leave empty. There were some small dents in one leg and on the footrail. Overall, I was disappointed by the difficulties in building the stool which really impacted on the whole purchase. The stool looks great in the kitchen, which is newly fitted, but the experience was disappointing.

The bar stools look good are sturdy and comfortable. Unfortunately, although packed in one box, one of the bases had obviously been unpacked and returned as there is a dent in the base. The welding on back of seat is rough causing our granddaughter to scratch
