“Looks good and is comfortable ,but------ when I started to do the simple assembly of the chair ,there were no instructions ,yes ,there were only 8 screws and an allan key ,but as I had not assembled a chair before and it was obvious what to do , BUT because of the two different screw lengths I didn't know whether the 4 short ones went in the legs or the metal leg holder so got it wrong to start ,then changed that round of course, but a few words would have helped, apart from that .ask me how it is in a year ,test of time you know.”

“We were pleasantly surprised as the kitchen stools are of good quality and great value, the website pictures don't do them justice! By the time they arrived here the boxes were burst open but the stools were fine!”

“Box almost broken apart and appeared to have been previously returned. Unfortunately, the chair was unsuitable and I wanted to return. However, I was finding it difficult to do this, but NATALIE took me through many of my problems and gave me the best help ever; immediately answering my queries and 'holding my (old) hand' all the way. “A nicely packaged item which was very easy to construct and provides a sturdy and comfortable perch at our breakfast bar. The product looks quite elegant and my only criticism would be with regard to an element of shoddiness regarding the plastic plugs which push in to the feet. Several of these were clearly forced into place and didn't fit snugly! Their concertina effect was damaged in many cases because of sharp metal burrs/edges inside of each leg which would be better if filed to a smoother finish.”

“I bought 6 of these chairs for my kitchen island and they look great in the room. They are comfortable (but not for too long a period of time) and easy to adjust so do exactly what I need.”
