“Bought 2 Brooklyn bar stools in light grey. Faux leather over stretched on one chair. Lakeland exchanged with no quibbles, no charge for return. Received new chair within 48 hours. Very good customer service. I would definitely buy from Lakeland again.”

“Little frustrating on delivery! Did not arrive together, parcels arrived over two days... Very well packaged, once together they look good, easy to assemble I ordered 4 in total. Appear to be comfortable certainly with having the high back little more supportive. Plenty of positive remarks from family members”

“Ordered, delivery well within dates given by firm, no problems - so absolutely no complaints! Henley umbrella slightly more yellowish than I would have liked but that’s internet shopping for you. Appears to work well and do it’s job, just wish the sun would shine!”

“We had difficulty joining the two ends of parasol. A rubber mallet solved the problem. The parasol seems fine, but awaiting the good weather to test it to the full. Arrived prompt and although the packaging was a bit battered the contents seemed undamaged.”

“couldn,t belive we got two chairs in such a small package,at first we thought it contained the four chairs we had orded.but when we opened it up it was easy to assemble.quality so so.are last lot were far better,heavyier ,but to be fair your chairs have settled in ok and are alot lighter than the old ones ,so all in all, pleased”

“Very impressed with the speed of processing my order and delivery. Slight scuffs present on the boxed and well packaged chair when it arrived, but nothing major and otherwise the chair was as described on the website, so I am happy with my purchase.”

“I cannot fault the customer service at Lakeland Furniture. Quick, polite and very helpful. Unfortunately the product was very flimsy for everyday use and this is the only reason I have had to return the chairs I ordered.”

“Took a little longer to arrive than the 5 working days but when the bar stool arrived it was well packed and simple to assemble, it looks good i our new kitchen. Will maybe buying another to complement this one.”

“The process from ordering to delivery was quick and efficient. The furniture itself is well made and good quality. The only problem was that although there was an instruction leaflet with the table there wasn't one with either of the two chairs and a tool needed to put them together was also missing. Luckily my partner is good with DIY so managed to find a tool and sort it but i would have struggled on my own. That was a surprise as I am a big fan of Lakeland and chose the products based on my experience of the shops over the years....and a bit disappointing..... Love the furniture now though and looks great in my new kitchen.”
