“There was an issue with my delivery which meant my order took a little longer to arrive than expected. However, the support desk were really helpful and responded promptly to my emails to resolve the problem. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase.”

“I have given the furniture a good. The chairs are very nice. However the delivery was dreadful. Forgot to put 2 out of the 3 I had ordered on the van. Arrange delivery for the following Thursday, they never arrived. Arranged delivery for Monday as that is when there would have been someone in to accept. They delivered on Friday. Luckily there was someone at the property to accept it. Don't think I would order from Lakeland Furniture again.”

“Happy with my dining chairs - good price, quick delivery. Unfortunately, I had some screws missing - think this was a courier fault - but the customer service was brilliant. Speedy replies via email and very helpful. I would recommend.”

“Very pleased with the quality of the chair and the excellent quick delivery. Would have given it 5 stars but for two things. Even though contruction was pretty straight forward there should have been a small note about the procedure. Also the cap removal could only be removed by cutting or twisting it off and would not slide off or twist off, not satisfactory. Liked the quality.”

“The Oxford rectangular garden umbrella I ordered arrived after some delay due to problems with Parcel Force. Lakeland reimbursed me my 48 hour postage which was good. Not all companies would do this. The umbrella has a substantial post and winding mechanism. The canvass top is not heavy canvas. The post comes in two halves which makes moving it easier. I am pleased with purchase.”

“I purchased a green crank up garden umbrella recently. for the sale price the umbrella was ok, I doubt if I would have paid the full price for this item as it is somewhat flimsy and lacks any strap or means of securing the umbrella when down”

“Unfortunately there was a problem with the actual item, but this was sorted out and a full refund was given. The only problem is everything has to be done by Email as you cannot phone, other than that nothing to much wrong.”
