“Arrived promptly and pleased with chairs. The only thing missing were the assembly instructions ( although they were pretty straight forward to make) Chairs as described on webpage and great for a small space”

“I ordered 3 bar stools which were delivered very promptly and a good standard. Unfortunately one of the bar stools was the wrong colour. Your support team were amazing and had a replacement bar stool delivered within 48 hours and the wrong one collected.”

“Ordering experience was fine, and a query was answered by email efficiently. However, the delivery service was not good. We were told by Lakeland that the delivery company was going to offer two different slots. but the first thing we knew of the delivery was when the company contacted us and told us that delivery would take place at 7am the following day. They re-arranged for the following week and when the delivery did arrive, the driver was not willing to perform the task that we had paid for, namely taking the furniture to the appropriate room, and he was very unco-operative.”

“I saw the perfect colour chair for my bedroom dressing table and bought the silver grey dining room chair. It arrived well packed and delivered when they said it would. I am happy with my purchase although the bottom of the chair is covered by a black material held by velcro and shows underneath but that doesn't bother me as it's in my bedroom.”

“I ordered a chair which arrived late due to Yodel delaying the delivery for some reason unknown. When I reported the non delivery to Lakeland they dealt with it efficiently. When the box containing the chair arrived, the chair legs were poking through. However the chair is in perfect condition. I would suggest some better packing though & maybe put the chair frame in the right way up as it fits better that way.”

“overall a good set of chairs- had t put the legs on ourselves- ok- but the finish on some of the legs was quite rough!- but when sorted out looked a stylish finish.”

“Chairs arrived well packaged. The colour was spot on. The quality is OK, these were cheap chairs so I didn't expect them to be amazing quality. The legs need tightening up now and again as they get a bit loose. Overall I am happy with these chairs.”

“Some instructions to assemble would have been helpful as the screws for the legs were difficult to manage.However, once assembled it looks beautiful and I am so pleased with the colour as it matches my curtains perfectly.”

“As a company they have been brilliant. Delivery was quicker than promised. Response to problem with product has been equally impressive. Chairs we bought were what we expected for the price we paid. One chair not quite perfect so discount offered and accepted. Awaiting delivery of a bolt missing from the package plus two screw fittings faulty. Would have no hesitation to buy from Lakeland Furniture again.”

“A good comfortable office chair. On ordering I didn 't appreciate that it was for self assembly and the pictorial instructions could have been a bit clearer. For example it was not made clear that the arms were handed i.e. left hand and right hand, and one of the diagrams did not correspond with the relevant part.”
