Box almost broken apart and appeared to have been previously returned. Unfortunately, the chair was unsuitable and I wanted to return. However, I was finding it difficult to do this, but NATALIE took me through many of my problems and gave me the best help ever; immediately answering my queries and 'holding my (old) hand' all the way.
