Loved the easy to put together aspect of this. I also like the deep seat however the footrest doesn't protrude far enough out for those of us with shorter legs to reach under the seat and use comfortably. Luckily I purchased for specific and only occasional use so I will still be keeping the chair.

The kitchen barstool look great, we easy to assemble and are as specified. I suspect they will mark easily being fabric and have therefore ordered covers. My mistake. Happy enough tho .

I was sent the wrong base for the office chair, it was a gift so was late giving it which wasn't ideal. But I am happy with the product

Website was easy enough to use, and to place an order on. Delivery was quick 3 days FOC. Lakeland had been let down due to having the wrong items in the carton supplied from China. They responded very quickly and without equivocation to customer service need, we'll done.

Our order was delivered promptly. Unfortunately, when we were assembling the breakfast stool, we noticed some scratches and a poor finish on the seat. We got in touch with Lakeland Support, explained the problem and sent some photographs. Lakeland Support immediately contacted us and we agreed to accept a replacement seat. It arrived the following day and our breakfast stool was assembled. Thanks to the Lakeland Support team and in particular Helen for enabling a satisfactory conclusion. Unfortunately, the problem negated the award of 5 Stars and next-day delivery but the follow-up actions demonstrated Lakeland's commitment to customer satisfaction. Well done.

We ordered 3 barstools. When they arrived one of the base plates was damaged. I took a photo, sent it to customer support. They offered a discount of £12.50 but I refused and asked them to send a replacement plate, which they did. Customer service were quick to respond and resolve the issue.

Purchased a pair of stools for use in my kitchen. These were delivered after a chase up so were delayed. The stools are fine and fit for purpose.

Quick delivery chairs were fine but the legs weren’t that good as i think they have been sent back by someone else as the had brown parcel tape around them. So when i took tape off all the sticky stuff off the tape was still on legs,The legs came in a different box than they should have that was all mangled and ripped no instructions with them few scuff on legs i wanted to send back but the wife wanted to keep them so we did apart from them few issues not bad at all. Would i buy again probably.

good on first purchase.arrived next day.2nd purchase was supposed to be next day delivery arrived today 15.25pm.contacted lakeland furniture by email no response at all. very poor communication

Chair very comfy but had to file.down plastic bushes under seat were seat bolts connect to chair as bolts just did not reach far enough to connect to thread . Now sorted.

I had a problem with the first chair that I ordered (wrong size) so I called and they quickly arranged to send a replacement, it arrived the next day but it was the wrong item. I contacted them again via email and they arranged for another one to be sent the next day. I can't fault their customer service, fast and efficient.

Great service very helpful when I called and delivery was the next day. The only thing that was missing which was frustrating was the instructions to put the stools together - they were not in the box

Really comfortable stylish chairs, complement our kitchen lovely. One did arrive with a mark, and the back of one chair doesn’t look level.

My bar stool had a tiny hole in the back rest which looked as if it did not have enough material wrapped around it. I should have sent it back but I did not as I needed it to use immediately. I had a new hip and needed the stool to sit on so that my knees were below my hips. I was a bit disappointed in the tiny hole as I know it will become a bigger hole in time!

The parasol looks well made and is value good value at the discounted price. Only gave it 4 stars as it does not provide uV protection. But the description of the product does state that.
