“1st chair arrived smashed but replacement sent out very quickly. I would advise that packaging is looked into, very thin wrapping around the chairs hence the broken one and replacement box was open and only attempted to be secured with sellotape!”

“Quick and efficient turnaround of order. In spite of the efforts made with what should have been effective and adequate packaging, some wear and tear in transit but not enough to justify return! Quality of item reflected the price. Good choice of options. Would use again.”

“A very nice umbrella. My only hesitation in giving 5 stars is that I did have to make a few enquiries to ascertain height of mechanisms to make sure I could reach them, before ordering. And now that the umbrella is in use, I wish it was shorter as the shade moves a long way away from the table in which it stands. This means moving garden furniture away from table to be able to sit in shade. This may be helpful to know.”

“I recently ordered an item (a chair) which duly arrived. On unpacking it, I discovered 4 nuts and washers and 3 screws were missing. I contacted you and was sent an e-mail saying that a replacement package would be sent by Royal Mail, first class. However, it has not yet arrived. I received the e-mail 3 0r 4 days ago. Help, please!”

“Nice website and quick and easy purchase. Item delivered promptly using the standard delivery option. The item was as described and good quality. A few minor marks on the faux leather but nothing that I felt was big enough to justify a return. Overall pleased with the service and quality of the item.”
