“A very good service from Lakeland Furniture. Easy to order, good indications of stock levels and fast delivery. The product itself is very good. Minimal assembly and very straightforward - there are instructions but not really needed.”

“The delivery service was fabulous, a day early. The chairs are lovely, I had couple of ums and arr’s. Firstly front legs when assembled don’t exactly line up very well to the point we were trying to see which fit best on one chair and the legs aren’t of the same grain in wood one leg is speckled. I have debated whether to send back but I think I have decided to keep them. The service from Lakeland furniture was amazing, I can not say the fitting of the product is really amazing but the chairs are comfy and the colour is great and they will do the job. Thank you for great customer service Lakeland. I will definitely consider purchasing from you again.”

“Nice website and quick and easy purchase. Item delivered promptly using the standard delivery option. The item was as described and good quality. A few minor marks on the faux leather but nothing that I felt was big enough to justify a return. Overall pleased with the service and quality of the item.”

“Both chairs had slight faults with the stitching in the back - pictures were sent to the help desk and I cannot fault their speedy response and new ones are on their way, hopefully this time they are faultless. thank you”

“Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with the delivery of my recent purchase. I do recognize that these issues were primarily the fault of the delivery service YODEL And not necessarily Lakeland. However I’m still giving this low score because the delivery issues impacted my overall experience. The package was delivered to the wrong address even though I was at home all day on the day of delivery. No delivery slip was left. What followed was 3 days of phone calls with YODEL trying to ascertain where my package was. They were able to give me rough descriptions but no exact address. I checked with my closest neighbors and none of them had it so I’m certain it wasn’t even delivered to the right street. Each time I called they said I’d have to wait 24hrs while they interview the driver and that I’d have to call them back to get further information. No effort was made to make sure I was kept updated, it was all on me. After the third day of calling I was told the package would not be able to be located and that I would need to contact Lakeland to arrange redelivery. In Lakeland’s defense they were very quick to arrange for a new package to be delivered. I am waiting for it to come today so it remains to be seen if YODEL can get it to the correct address this time.”
