“The parasol was good value however I paid for 48 hrs delivery having ordered on a Thursday and didn't receive it til the Monday. Not best pleased.”

Good Morning Isobel, I am sorry you did not receive the parasol when you thought you would. Unfortunately as you did order on the Thursday then your order would not be delivered until Monday as the courier does not include weekends and this can be found under Delivery Upgrades on the website. “I bought a Peris office chair, it's quite comfortable, you can adjust it well, but the only problem that it does have some indents in the bottom part of the chair, where the legs are. The bottom of the chair doesn't look like it will last long as there's nothing that's holding the wheels attached to the bottom of the chair. It also came with no instructions, so I had to personally email the company. The instructions were straight forward but there was an extra plastic piece that I just couldn't figure out where it went in the chair, and it wasn't in the instructions.”
