“Umbrella was delivered promptly, but as the courier got no answer at the door he threw it over the six foot garden gate! Good job it wasn't something fragile. Also, the umbrella post is too large for a standard base, so we're going to have to buy a new one. Thought the umbrella was a bargain at the price, but not looking so good now.”

Good Afternoon to you Anne, I sincerely apologise that the couriers threw the parasol over the fence when they did not get any answer at your front door. This is unacceptable. I am also sorry to read you will have to buy a new base for the parasol. The sizes of the poles are on the website for customers to see and I do apologise you did not see this. “We just purchase three fantastic Apollo cream bar stools and we are delighted with them. They look great and they take 10 minutes each to put together and that is dead straightforward too. They were also 'Best Value' for this type of Stool from Lakeland Furniture and we would highly recommend them”

“Love the chairs. Lucky to have help assembling as it needs a bit of strength to tighten the bolts. The only down was the delivery firm as one of the boxes was damaged on arrival which I pointed out to the driver who told me to contact you. It left a blemish on one of the chairs. Not a problem but a word with the delivery firm might be in order!”

“Took over a week for delivery,But Very Pleased with Base,Supports Parasol Well. Adjustment parts were Supplied with Base so can fit a range of Different Sizes into Base.”

“Gave 5 stars because I got exactly what I had expected. People have commented upon how nice the chair looks. Only wished that I’d ordered 5 days later as the price was reduced by £10 and would have been an even better buy. Delivery was good too and my husband took minutes to assemble the legs to the chair.”

“Damage issues with an office chair were resolved quickly but it took 3 attempts before a resolution was agreed. Nice product, issues resolved quickly, all done on line which is quick but a 3 star rating because of damage issues even with replacement parts.”
