Bought 2 high stools for our kitchen table. We are really pleased with them. Good quality, colour was the same as the picture. Only negative was there were no assembling instructions but quite easy to build.

Initially we were sent the wrong bar stools. I contacted them and a lovely lady called Helen sorted out the return of the stools we had received in error and for the stools we had ordered to be sent out next day. The stools promptly arrived next day and they are gorgeous. Really good quality and very easy to put together. Will definitely use them again.

Initially we were sent the wrong bar stools. I contacted the Support Team and a lovely lady called Helen sorted out a collection of the wrong stools and arranged delivery of the correct ones which landed the next day. The stools are gorgeous and really easy to put together, even without instructions. I have read a lot of bad reviews but I have to say I have nothing but praise especially for the quality of the product.

Lakeland are one of the few companies to stock individual barstools as most are in sets of 2l! I wanted 3 and the whole ordering and delivery process was first class

The stools themselves are great. Very reasonably priced for a good quality look and finish. I fortunately, 3 of them came with a missing plastic feet cap. I reported this and asked for 3 tiny caps to be posted out. They said they can’t do this and sent us a full base unit, which I then had to remove 3 caps from them discard a perfectly good piece of metalwork. Very bad for the environment, nevermind the company p&l. They need to address this.

Excellent customer service, as usual. I realised I had ordered the wrong grey chair when I received notification that it had been dispatched. Thankfully, after calling Lakeland Furniture, they managed to swap it at the warehouse. The person who handled my enquiry was friendly and pleasant. I already have two chairs and they not only look good but are great value for money.

One of the seats was damaged and was replaced straight away. That is what I call service.

The rubber feet on all chairs not fitted properly and on two chairs seat pad material, needing stretched tighter before being stapled on base.

We ordered four Havana Bar Stools. They arrived promptly and securely. The instuctions for assembly were quite straitforward also. All in all we are very happy with them and the service provided by Lakeland Furniture.

The bar stools were value for money and just what we wanted. In the main easy to put together apart from the fact that one went together easily but the second (had different packaging) Was aproblem until my husband realised the screw hole were full of wood chippings. He is very practical so cleaned them out and then resolved the problem,. Otherwise we would have sent it back. Otherwise it would have scored 5.

Ordered bar stools for the second time and didn’t send the legs to the bar stools after calling and sending five emails still no response !!!!!!!!!!!!

The bar stool we bought was very well made and good quality and was sent within a few days.unfortunately a small part on the foot rest was broken but Helen of the customer service team dealt with the problem immediately upon receiving my e mail and sent the replacement part by first class post.which arrived the following day.Excellent service.

Bought fabric covered office chair. Like the finished product but no instructions as to how to assemble. This would have been useful!!!

I purchased 3 Kitchen Stools from lakeland Furniture. We had an initial issue which was dealt with quickly and no charge for a small replacement required. My problem has arisen no that after having these stools for just over the 12 month warranty period, 2 of the 3 have broke due to poor quality welding on the base of the seat. This has made the very dangerous as my brother fell off the back of one of them at Christmas. They are not willing to accept that the product is faulty and standing behind their 12 month policy. I believe if you pay for a product like this you should expect more then 12 months of use. I know have to source a new company and buy 3 new stools. I would like to think that if my stools breaking happened to be a one off issue they could replace them, but this makes me feel they get this issue a lot therefore take the company line not to offer any support/replacements. Very disappointing. I have attached images showing the poor welding (which is not in the right place causing the weakness and then breaking), you can see the welding has come away and making it very dangerous for someone leaning back.

We ordered some bar stools for our breakfast bar but they weren't right so unfortunately we had to return them. The after sales service was excellent. There was no quibble at all, they emailed me a returns label, arranged collection and credited my account within a few days. 1st class service and would highly recommend them.
