Order placed, goods delivered next day - end of good experience. On arrival packaging was poor, damaged and wet. Inspecting the goods it was clear these were not fit for sale as new and surprised they would waste their own time with this dispatch and the customers time. Goods received had mold on packaging, rust on chairs (not allowing me to post images for some reason). Now having to wait for a full refund and they want to know my experience so there it is. Update 17/10/2024 - Customer service downgraded to poor. Despite Lakeland Furniture writing a FULL refund will be processed i'm now being told that won't include the delivery charge as we 'received the service paid for'. Last time I checked if I ordered 3 stools last week, they got delivered in poor condiiton and had to be returned I have not actually received the service I paid for as I still don't have the stools thanks to the poor quality control. Thankfully I paid with credit card so any issues with the full refund will be handled under section 75. Thinking about purchasing from this company - find another one and move on. Honestly. not worth the hassle. Disappointed

Unfortunately, the outdoor set I ordered had to be returned, but the delivery and customer service of Lakeland Furniture was top notch.

Stools arrived well packaged and in lovely condition. Really pleased with them. The seats are smaller than we thought but they are neat and fit well under the breakfast top. They were also reasonably priced.

Very happy with the stools purchased, however disappointed with the confusion over delivery, and lack of response to both telephone call and e mail query.

Very nice looking and functional chair for home office which is part of the main living area. Fits in nicely and doesn't look too "officey". Chrome compliments upholstery very well.

Dreadful! Box it came in open and damaged, no instructions, impossible to remove a cap on the chair despite using pliers etc and a rip in the fabric on the side of the chair, delayed customer service, now being returned, was told to ensure packacking etc was suitable for return

The bar stools arrived next day after we ordered them. Very easy to put the stools together One of the arm sleeves was punctured , this was reported to Lakeland and a replacement was sent out to us the next day

Item ordered on 9th September with 3-4 day delivery. It is now the 16th September and I've heard nothing. DPD is showing there's an "unexpected error". I've contacted Lakeland Furniture by both their website contact form and email and received no response. Money has been taken for the item. EDIT --> Lakeland Furniture has since responded and rectified this, due to a courier issue. Review has been amended to reflect this.

Ordered x2 grey bar bar stools for our games room they were the more expensive side But definitely worth the money. Good quality Very big and comfortable Will use lakeland furniture again

I really like my two kitchen bar stools from Lakeland furniture, and especially pleased I swallowed hard and settled for Cuban Red. What a great, uplifting colour for a dull morning! And not to forget, everything arrived complete, on time, (only 2 days wait) and were assembled within a half hour. I will definitely be buying again.

I am happy with the size of the parasol and the tilt and crank facility but the quality of the umbrella itself is disappointing. The stitches have hanging threads in many places and the fabric is very creased. The creases will drop out in time I guess. Also sort of perturbed It was sent to me from a discount store apparently. I thought lakeland was a decent company not Discount Stock Outlet Ltd. That said the parasol if fine for the price.
