Our delivery was delayed by the courier by one day. The box was eventually delivered later than requested and heavily damaged and wide open. We put the chair together and noticed some cosmetic damage to one of the legs. Overall we like the chair but were not impressed by the courier who were late.,lied about the delivery and damaged the box and possibly the furniture inside. We have taken photographs if you are interested.

Bought 6 Portman Burnt Orange Velvet Swivel Bar Stools for a kitchen refurb. Quality is good, comfort is excellent and I like the fact that they are quite light to move around and when gassed down to their lowest setting they sit under our kitchen island. Also great value as we got 10% off as a first order from the website. Customer service is spot on, a human who works for Lakeland answers the phone and is knowledable and helpful. Our delivery contained a couple of dented base units which were replaced by the next day with no quibbles or returns needed. Very happy customer!

My office chair has arrived with no instructions and a mark on the velvet. I like the chair but do not want the mark and need instructions to out it together

Really disappointed as the vintage leather is not the colour on the website and more like the standard green. Husband won't let me return as he has already built them and ordered them so really upset as spent months trying to find ones the correct colour.

Good Morning, I am very sorry to see you are not happy with the items you have received. Looking at the image you have provided I can see you have received the vintage green colour, which is egg shell finish with mottling throughout the colour which gives the vintage effect; whereas the green faux leather is a shiny finish and a bottle green colour with no mottling. order with a promise that my garden umbrellas would be with me in 4-5 days. no sign of them, no tracking available and no idea if or when they will be delivered

Arrived in a box that had clearly been used before - complete with torn off address label - and no instructions on how to put together included. Fortunately, I'd bought similar stools for the kitchen and to be honest, it wasn't rocket science anyway, taking only a few minutes to put together. It is 'small' but as someone short of leg at only 5'3", it's a good 'fit' for me in a bedroom office still being refurbed. All in all, happy with the purchase and the price HAD gone down a bit by the time I ordered, maybe as this was a 'return' (?)

I can't write a review on the product, as it is a surprise present for my friend. They look amazing, and I love the colour, but they are still wrapped up for him to open in June. I must say the delivery service was excellent! I can't believe how quick it was and I hope he likes the bar stools as much as I do. Many thanks to all concerned
