“The product delivered did not correspond to the photographs on the website or the dimensions published there. Lakeland claimed that a chair height of 100cm is approximate to an advertised height of 135cms and that a chair back of 50cm is approximate to the advertised 65cm. Perhaps I should have paid only 75% of the advertised price because I work in approximations too but I didn't want a tiny chair. I was told I would be charged £35 if I returned the impossible to disemble hydraulic system they had sent with the misdescribed chair. After all, they're 'Happy to Help' but with errors and omissions excepted.”

“Our chairs arrived, unfortunately one of them was damaged. The customer service was excellent and they emailed straight away and offered to send out a replacement for the damaged piece. Great service.”

“These chairs are super smart and really really comfy. We ordered three in a charcoal grey and they fit nicely under our breakfast bar. Easy to wipe down and no annoying little grooves for crumbs to get stuck in. Would highly recommend.”

“The chair I ordered arrived as you described. I did struggle a little with the instructions not being clear as to how to put the chair together, but on getting it done, I now have a very stylish seat in my study. The delivery driver was kind enough to bring it up ( via lift) to my apartment door. It was very well packaged, no damage to the box. The chair performs well.”

“My table arrived, my chairs didn't and I wrote the review below. Since then Lakeland Furniture resent the chairs by an alternative courier and they arrived within two days. I'm very impressed with Lakeland's response to an issue caused by the courier. (I also found what the black plastic washers are for - only the chairs! and there was instructions in the box). Thank you Lakeland for promptly sorting this issue and delivering a set of high quality table and chairs. We're delighted with them. Already looking at your website for more items!”

Good Afternoon Julian, I am sorry to read the disappointment you have had after receiving only the table and not the chairs. Looking into this further I have been informed that we are still waiting for yodel to look into this. What we will do now I am told is do a stop and return on the chairs and send 4 more out to you for delivery tomorrow. I hope this is acceptable.
