“I purchased a office chair from you .only to find that it has 2 small holes on the front of the fabric .I have not complained because of all the Hassle sending it back”

“Bought this for my daughter, so she can sit at a desk and study for her exams. Chair was easy to assemble, she did it herself and she is only 16, so it was fairly easy. However, she did say that words as well as pictures would have been more helpful.”

“The chair we ordered arrived promptly. There were some scratches on the chrome but this issue was quickly resolved with customer services. The chair is comfortable and good looking.”

“Recently wrote a 2 * review which at the time was how I felt about my experience. However after much work on my part and Lakeland it appeared to be the fault of the courier service who were delivering my goods. The courier service led me and Lakeland to understand they had made three (3) attempts over three days to deliver and left cards to this effect. Not true, my premises has a locked mail box, my grandson lives above, and no information cards were left. In fact an email a few days later informed me that I could collect my goods from their depot which would have involved a 92 mile round trip. LAKELAND 5+ stars for quality and response to my problem.”

“Brilliant service! Ordered during Christmas period (20th of December ) and recieved before Christmas on standard free delvery. Chairs were easily assembled.Really glad i went for easy wipe down faux leather in the Horizon range.They look great in my kitchen.”

“Good communication and very fast delivery. The chair is lovely however there were no instructions for attaching the legs but it was pretty easy to figure out. I’ve had lots of compliments about the chair.”

“Placed an order for 4 dining chairs which were a good price and appeared to be a good buy. If only they had arrived maybe I could give a different view point. Given a tracking number, which the delivery company does not recognise, given new tracking number, still same answer delivery company does not recognise. Expected delivery 3rd. January, now 7th. and still no chairs.”

“Great dispatch and delivery timing. Product looks great once assembled. However frustratingly that there was a bolt missing and also the holes to attach the seat to the frame were not aligned. Luckily we had the tools to re-drill otherwise we would have needed to return the item. Would not reorder this item”
