“Good product at an excellent price, easy to assemble and true to description/pictures. Quick response by customer services to a query I had. Item was on pre-order as out of stock and didn't get a lot of notice from when it came into stock to being delivered, but not complaining about the quick turnaround!”

“Many thanks for all your great team! At first I was disappointed with the purchase. My chair came with a stitch defect. I didn't want to receive a defective goods again, so I have sent a request to exchange it to another type. I have got it during 2 working days. It is really amazing! I am happy, it has a nice design and very comfortable.”

“Purchased one Jenson Ribbed Office Chair Brown. Process and delivery very efficient. Extremely pleased with quality, design and functionality. Lowest height setting is a bit high for very short people. Assembly straight forward and quick.”

“Just what I was looking for at exactly the right price! All of a sudden, it became a bit harder to find this style of chair after the January sales etc. Then I stumbled across Lakeland after going further than Wayfair and Amazon. Lakeland had the best style and price, and this really matters that I’ve got both. The chair is lovely and fits well in the office. It looks really great and modern in my new flat. Everything is great except for no instructions being included and one silver plastic cap arriving broken into three pieces.”

“My bar stools arrived when they said they would and look lovely, the only downfall is that one of the basis has a scratch on it!!”

“Very good customer service, the chair is a very good size for a small space and looks more expensive than it was. It is very comfortable and I like the fact the base is small and doesn't take up half the room. I would have given 5 stars but one of the bolt holes was slightly out and almost impossible to line up so it went in sideways because I didn't want the hassle of returning it and waiting for a new one.”
