“This chair arrived a week early and is as easy on the eye - and the bottom! - as the description promised. Despite no instructions it was extremely easy to assemble and I am pleased it tucks neatlh hnder my desk.”

“We don't normally order furniture without seeing it in person so we weren't sure what to expect from Lakeland Furniture. In fact, we are really pleased. The quality is high, the price is reasonable, assembly was easy and our daughter is delighted with her new desk chair. Oh, and the ordering and delivery process was professional too. We'll definitely consider buying more items from this company.”

“Secondhand item sent, packaging including tool pack had been previously opened and used. Base of furniture scratched. Discussion had with customer care. They initially refused to remove their waste, then after considerable effort from me offered to collect the whole item. SCAMMERS who tried very hard to get away with me disposing of their industrial waste. Person emailing was unhelpful and tried to make sorting the issue difficult - we are now buying our office furniture from a more reliable cheaper competitor who offer same items and much better service”

Good Afternoon, I am sorry to read that the delivery was late. Looking into this I have been informed that someone from our customer service team did try to contact you on the number we do have but there was no service due to the number being too short. The item you ordered was too large to deliver on a next day service unfortunately. We have now refunded you the delivery charge and you should receive this in the next 3-5 working days. “I purchased a Study Chair. Wanted something different from my Leather Exec look. I love it, it is a pale grey, fits me snuggly as a lady when I sit back into it, far more comfortable & no backache !!! Company Excellent, Quality Excellent, Service Excellent Highly Recommend 5*****”

“Not impressed by customer service. Once they have sent the item to their courier (who is also poor) they are not interested in helping to ensure you actually receive the item. The courier is not flexible on deliveries and its not possible to speak to someone by phone so all in all a really poor experience.”

“found this chair for a good price and quality quite easy to assemble -but make sure you put the tilt back lever on your right when sitting on it as then allows the chair to tilt easy-(instruction not the best) first time have used Lakeland package arrived well boxed in good condition within free delivery date given would use again”
