Will never use again. Booked and paid for next day delivery. Confirmation email received. Flowers never arrived. The following day, so now 1 day late, the flowers arrive. No apology from customer services, instead a very terse email from Hannah H pointing out that they do not guarantee next day delivery, there is no contractual arrangement in place, and no refunds. Possibly the worst engagement from customer services I have ever received, all under the banner of Prestige Gifting. Use at your own risk, and do not use if you are relying on next day delivery.

Over priced for what they actually send. Be careful when ordering bigger bouquets as they will just palm you off with the smallest and claim quality control have checked this and everything is fine. Offering a voucher when the order is wrong does not make sense to me because that is not going to help me when I won’t use the site again.

Dont buy anything from these people I placed a review on this site two days ago warning people I gave one star and detailed the poor mean bouquet that was nothing like the picture advertised and not a large version despite me paying 10 pounds extra. This review was altered by someone named Tom Instead of one star there is now two and the wording has been altered. I believe they are putting positive reviews on this site themselves and are running a scam I would have given no stars if possible I am reporting to Halifax Trading standards and Rip off Britain on BBC for starters

Really disappointing bunch of flowers. I received these from my husband for my birthday and by day two all the white flowers had wilted and died and all but two roses had also wilted. Such a disappointing bouquet considering the price. Spoke to customer service who brushed us off and told us that that was the expected quality and that we hadn’t followed the care guidelines, even though we did. Do not buy and definitely wouldn’t recommend!!

Advertise next day delivery if ordered before 10pm but fail to make it clear when completing the order and in confirmation emails that the date selected won’t be met. Of course this is hidden away in Terms and Conditions knowing full well most people don’t have time to read these and meaning less people drop out of the process than would do if this information was more prominent when placing orders (for example when the delivery address is known - there’s no message to explain ‘actually we can’t do next day delivery to this address’). Consequently flowers arrived a day late. When I queried this all I got was ‘well it’s in the T’s & C’s’ I won’t be using them again

The flowers died after 4 days. Only accept complaints for 3 days . Very disappointing for the receiver and me. No refund or reimbursement only a voucher so I can spend more money with them for duff flowers. Will not use again. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. NO refund.

I have been extremely disappointed with the service I received from Haute Florist! The bouquet I ordered for a friend who’s Mother had just past was limp and of poor quality! When I sent in photos in of the wilting flowers they offered me a £10 voucher for my next purchase! Obviously that wouldn’t have helped my friend and why would I want to spend more money with this company when the flowers were so poor ! They then agreed to send another bouquet to arrive on a particular date! It arrived 2 days late and the flowers were not at there best after being in a box for 2 days ! When I complained Haute Florist would not do anything about it ! I would never use this company again, and I would recommend others to look elsewhere! Their customer service is dreadful !!!!

The flowers died in 4 days. Too late to tell them of our huge disappointment as they have to be told in 3 days. Delivery and ordering great but shelf life VERY poor. Will not be using again as no refund or resend only a £10 voucher to waste even more money on . NO refund .

I paid for next day delivery on Friday for delivery Saturday. Tuesday I’m still waiting for the flowers to be delivered but I am not entitled to a refund until Wednesday. The flowers have been in transit for over 3 days and if they do arrive today will be spoilt/ have the shortest of shelf life. Surprise for a good friend ruined and what a waste of £50. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with this company in the event of an issue - they will do all they can not to take responsibility - and call your local florist.

I ordered a large Rome bouquet of flowers what I got was not a large bouquet more like a standard size I contacted customer service as I was not happy paying £55 for a standard bunch I sent them the picture of what I got and still they have not sorted my issue out below is my bouquet and I’ve also put a picture of the medium size bouquet that is on their website, all I will say is don’t pay extra stick to the medium size bouquet.

Flowers didn't arrive, could be due to the storm in Jersey. No tracking number and no update - frustrating no up date as an expensive purchase with zero communication. It's not how I run my business!

Dreadful company. DO NOT USE THEM. They dont deliver on the date they promise, and then when you complain you get pre-written platitudes. Dreadful useless and outrageous

Scandalous and never received the flowers I paid for! Do not use!!! They used Royal Mail to deliver to someone else’s flat and my daughter didn’t receive flowers for her 21st birthday. When I contacted them they ignored me so I had to phone them to ask where the flowers were. They showed a photo of someone else’s house as evdence of delivery and would not refund me or send the actual flowers I ordered to my daughter - even though they would be a day late . I asked for a manager and was told no one could talk to me and nothing could be done. I ordered these 2 weeks ago to ensure she got them - I live in a different country so was devastated she didn’t receive my gift

Despite using them once before, the flowers being beautiful and delivery going well, I have been left absolutely flabbergasted at the shocking lack of customer service when using them again for a second - and last - time. Even though they admitted they forgot to send me a tracking link, they blamed me and the recipient (who didn't know they were coming as it was a surprise) for not being in nor rearranging the delivery. Not quite sure how we were supposed to do this as we had no way of contacting their delivery service (which turned out to be Royal Mail) as HF did not send a link and RM did not leave a card! They refused adamantly to issue a full refund. I have had to resort to disputing the cost through my credit card company. Such a shame as I was looking to use this company for my family and business.

terrible...delivered 4 days late flowers dead...no apology or offer of refund let alone sending another bunch for my mothers 80th birthday. Part of the prestige gifting group will never use them again.
