Ordered next day delivery flowers and still not arrived, apparently in transit with Royal Mail. Complained and was informed that next day delivery cannot be guaranteed due to third party courier services …. In that case do not offer and advertise a next day service!!!!
If I has known that I would have ordered from a company that does deliver on what is advertised
