“Paul, the oven repairer attended to replace my Neff Slide and Hide oven door. Door was removed for cleaning. Instructions followed to the finest detail and also called up the Neff instructional video. When the door came off, a long bar came away from the door and I couldn't replace the door. Paul persevered with several methods and finally fixed and replaced the door. I was delighted with Paul's calm and professional attitude. He explained the problems until he found a way to replace the door in full working order. I could never have got the door back on myself. Thank God for Paul and Glowtech! It was going to take Neff about 2 weeks to get someone out and I'm glad we used Glotech instead. I would definitely recommend this company.”

“I have a fridge which is leaking water, because of a broken seal. The engineer who arrived was very nice, however he said he was unable to do anything there and then, but Glotech would have to order the new seal to fit. Fair enough, but I then receive an email saying they are unable to order the part or repair the fridge. This is a main brand (AEG) and only 6yr old fridge. So I paid £77 to be told what I knew, that the fridge was broken. No other action was provided, or partial refund offered. For a service that claims to be "The UK's leading domestic appliance repair company" and for a popular brand, I find this very poor.”

“Very satisfied with the service from start to finish. My Samsung American Fridge Freezer "died" on Sunday. Contacted Glotech on Monday, they arranged an engineer "Jim" to visit on Wednesday morning. Jim was on time, courteous, very knowledgeable and professional. Diagnosed a faulty PCB, ordered the part and came back Friday morning and fitted. Problem solved and fridge freezer working again. Fantastic service would highly recommend.”

“Similar to L.Dallas my freezer iced up again after I had defrosted it so I thought it was time to call in the professionals. Jim arrived exactly when he said he would. He was covid aware and respectful of our new kitchen. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Talking to him while he worked it became obvious that he was very competant and I learnt that Glotech repair all types of appliances. I will certainly use them again.”

“Anthony was efficient, kind and very quick to repair my dishwasher. I had quotes of £209+ and while £77.94 for my siemens repair worked out expensive for the time taken to fix the problem, which I was aware of before Anthony arrived, I would use them again.”

“Shambolic service . Do not use as they are a waste of time . Am still waiting for a quote for a freezer part after 7 days and 3 phone calls to the office . Very quick to charge you the One off call fees .”

“We had a problem with the washing machine as it was not draining the water. After checking the obvious things, filter and drain pipe we decided to call for an engineer. We explained the problem and Bill was very polite and gave us various options to try. He was not annoyed at the fact we called 3 times, he was extremely pleasant and helpful! I am so grateful for his honesty and service, he was outstanding!! He could have easily had us book an appointment and pay unnecessary charges. It all just goes to show there are still good tradesmen out there and I will definitely refer to him and refer others to him in the future.. All I can say that based my experience and support received today, I fully recommend this company and their services.”

“The initial service from booking to attending was very good and the engineer who cam out to us was very knowledgeable. The small part that was needed to fix my washing machine was ordered, but then i found out that it was 3 times the price of the original manufactures replacement part. I am waiting for a refund and will order the part myself.”

“My Bosch dishwasher had ceased to function with the "Check water" light constantly flashing. The instruction manual said this indicated a technical fault, and I should get an engineer to have a look at it. I picked Glotech from a Google search and made an appointment online. The following day I received a phone call from Glotech asking me to alter the appointment from the afternoon to the morning of the same day. This made no difference to me so I agreed. The engineer phoned me on the morning of the appointment to say he was on his way, and arrived within the time slot he gave me. He made a very thorough check of the dishwasher and was in the house for about 40 minutes. He took some photographs of the inside of the machine, which he showed me. There was some muck accumulated in one area which he said was causing the problem, and he had managed to fix this, although he did say the ultimate solution was a replacement part costing £145. He said he would not recommend this at this stage, but that if the machine gave me any further problems it would be something I should consider. He said he had ruin the machine three times with no apparent leakage and also suggested as a quick fix if the problem recurred that I could pull the machine out and tip it backwards to clear the water that was causing the problem. I have run the machine three times since without problem. I was impressed with the thoroughness of the check made by the engineer, and on this basis would be happy to use Glotech again.”
