“All good, thanks. Diagnosed Oven problem immediately and provided advisory on bulb possible future issue. Would use again although not sure I would need to now, seeing how simple an oven unit internals are. Cost was very competitive, engineer was knowledgeable and friendly and all dealt with in a timely manner.”

“Very fast and efficient response. We requested an engineer's visit on Friday afternoon, this was confirmed on Saturday morning and the engineer came on Monday morning - very impressive. All the people involved were polite and helpful, and the engineer was very good.”

“Paul phoned me to advise me he was on his way - turned up on time and quickly worked out what the problem was and fixed it. Went above and beyond - fixed a broken oven bulb and the fan and wore slippers to protect our floor . Great job and cheaper than I feared!”

“A total rip-off We first contacted this company on the 19th July. After many different reasons the engineer finally came on Tuesday 10th August. He said he would order the parts but when we rang up to find out when he was coming back we found out they had not been ordered even though we had paid for the parts and the call out. He was meant to be coming today to fix them but I had a call to say he would not be coming until next Tuesday 31th August. I didn't really want to give this company a one star.”

“My home was visited by Dean who was very knowledgable, professional and friendly. I was a woman on my own and I felt comfortable in his presence. He fixed my freezer but had to order a new part and he told me how to fix it when it was delivered. Good service at a reasonable cost.”

“The engineer named Dean visited my home today to repair a hotpoint freezer. Very efficient, knowledgable and friendly. Simply needed a new part which was ordered and should arrive soon. I was a woman on my own and I felt very comfortable in his presence. Thank you Dean.”

“On the initial call out I had next day service which was excellent. I had to call them out again as I had water leaking from the bottom of the machine they couldn’t come out for two days which was a bit disappointing. Next time I am going to put a wash in before the engineer leaves. Both engineers were very friendly.”
