I had a very problematic AEG dishwasher, which took several visits to sort out not Glotech's fault, it was just one of those things. They handled the problem very well and their engineers were excellent. I would use them again if I had a problem

I am very happy with the Service provided by Glotech, and very grateful to the Glotech Engineers’ determination to get both ovens of my cooker working again so save the cooker from falling into waste land. When I reported to the maker of the cooker that the duel ovens were out of order and they claimed they were not repairable as the cooker was out of production and suggested I should ditch the cooker. None of the engineers working for the maker wanted to come out even I beg them to come to just have a look to the ovens and identity the faults. My cooker is just 12 years old, it would be a whole waste to ditch if I listened to the maker. What a different and heroic attitude of the Glotech Engineers are– they came first to identify the faults, then searched parts far and wide to replace the faulty one, then fitted the parts to bring back the life of ovens. Thanks, Glotech. You do not only repair my ovens but also contribute to save the planet by eliminating a big waste. S&M at Oxford

Unfortunately my oven was not worth repairing which sadly is the case with most appliances these days over 7 years old however we did see that the engineer did a thorough investigation but there were too many faults to make it worthwhile. He was very polite, arrived on time and was wearing a mask.

Glen engineer arrived today just before 5 pm even though his finish time was 5 he still turned up has repaired freezer very professional and friendly. Would use Glotech again

Would definitely not recommend this company . Engineer came in found problem within a minute unfortunately was not given the full information regarding the fix . He then promptly gave me a bill amount of £326.20 for the fix to be done. When phoning to get a repair date was informed on the phone the fix could not be guaranteed. This was not passed on by the engineer as it should of been . The one star is for the very lovely lady on the phone who totally understood my frustration and anger.

Paul arrived today and found the fault with my washing machine immediately. He was extremely professional, wore special shoe covers and was just brilliant. I am especially grateful as he arrived a week earlier than I thought he was coming having booked an appointment on line, and been told I would need to rebook. I was then told I wouldn’t get anyone for 8 days! Although lovely when you can eventually get through on the phone I am confused about the discrepancy with appointments? I would recommend the company based on my experience with Paul.

The Biotech engineer called to fix our dishwasher within 3 days of booking, quickly identified the problem and had it repaired in a matter of minutes. Brilliant. Would definitely use them again.

An engineer came to see why the raised temperature red light was staying on, though freezer apparently working. He said he fixed it. A couple of days later it was clear the freezer was now not working at all. I decided that with the £70 call-out charge, getting Glo-tech back again would be throwing good money after bed, and decided to replace the freezer. I know you are within you rights to refuse ma any sort of refund over this, and that I could have asked for a return visit, which I chose not to do, but I think you might have seen your way to at least a partial refund of the £70. Poor customer services, I think.

Absolutely shocking. On Thursday a Call out was booked for between 8.00am and 1.00pm for the following day. No show so phoned Glotech and kept waiting on a call system for nearly half an hour. Then kept waiting as attempt made to contact contractor. Advised that the contractor had tried to make contact to rearrange but no call received or indeed any message left. As well as wasting time I have now had to rebook someone else who because of the bank holiday Monday can only make Tuesday. So five days wasted. Not at all impressed and definitely won’t be recommending.

The first engineer who came, fixed the issue with our range master cooker - but left without fitting the cooker back properly in its place, . The second engineer that came - (Jim), to resolve our range master issue and fix the oven door, was superb! Polite, enthusiastic, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He fixed the oven door , corrected the flooring damage and refitted the range cooker with perfection and ease. He is a real credit to your company. Please pass on my thanks and commend him for his excellent service. If all engineers were like Jim - you would have no competition in the market.

I booked a next day slot on line which had availability. Was called to be told they could not come that day , one appointed,to wa cancelled with 24 hrs notice and they eventually came 10 days later. Then it took 4 days to send me a quote for a repair. So I do not recommend this company in any way. Poor service but quick to take my money.
