“Wow. It took less than 24 hours for Glotech to assess both my fridge and my dishwasher. Gavin, the repairer, was professional, friendly, knowledgable and quick. The fridge is fixed. Parts have already arrived for the dishwasher and Glotech are returning tomorrow (3 days after assessment). The callout price was a bit dearer than I was expecting as the advert didn’t include VAT; however, the service was excellent, I would recommend this company and I would use them again.”

“Disgusting unreliable Service I took half a day off for my washing machine to be fixed with glow tech , no one turned up without even a courtesy call to advice me . Apparently their excuse was that the engineer’s van broken down so it was beyond their control. So I rebooked an new appointment taking half a day off again to finally have my washing machine fixed. Again after a long morning finally the technician turns up but without the part ! Unbelievable!! This company is completely unreliable and incompetent don’t waste your time and money”

“Engineer was very courteous and helpful, even though the washing machine was in a difficult position and 10 years old. Fixed the problem (new carbon brush needed for the motor), showed me the part he replaced and it is now working fine. Excellent service by Wassim. AB. Teddington. 16/08/21”

“Engineer was with us for 2 minutes. Told us he could fix the problem, but we'd have to pay another call out fee, yet in the T&C's it says every thing is covered under 1 fee, you just need to pay for the parts. Clearly this was a lie. He then left without fixing anything and said we're best off buying a new fridge”

“Booked on Saturday and only limited availability so chose a slot for the Wednesday. They called on Tuesday to say it would be earliest of Friday. We called them back and waited on a que for about 30 mins No apology, no help.... So I rebooked online for a slot within 24hrs and they turned up. The issue was a quick fix but the guy scratched our machine quite badly but said it wasnt him. Just didn't stack up what they said initially and now we have paid for a minor issue which took 10 minutes plus a big scratch. Avoid them....”

“Booked the engineer visit with head office, honoured that date and time, engineer very knowledgeable and professional, analysed and fixed the problem and with no initial sharp intake of breath! I had sought local fridge/freezer engineers, and never got back to me or even don't do freezers! Turns ou the guy was local, knew what he was doing , and I use them again, at the drop of a hat, ( if that means anything this day and age?)”

“Booked and gave detail of Bosch Code fault and expected repair. Engineer arrived and ran short 10 min cycle and told us what we had already told you. He explained parts and option to replace. We said fit PCB first but he carried no parts. Contracted to pay call-out fee but your engineer had never seen apple pay!! Receive email from you following day with parts costs. Prices were 79% higher than Bosch retail and your invoice exceed the cost of a new delivered equivalent by £55. Have found local service at an acceptable price. Beware of this company's business model.”

“After an initial disappointment - an appointment for an engineer to come (made with great difficulty and a number of telephone calls) was not kept, withno call to let me know he was sick. Another appointment, together with the second promise of an email receipt for the £77 taken from our account - again not sent/received - yesterday brought the wonderful Ken Patterson to our door. He was polite, respectful of any Covid fears, and best of all with the most wonderful sense of humour. The faulty catch on the oven door was replaced very quickly and with no fuss. Ken made my day! I am still waiting for the receipt of that £77+ but presumably it will come with the invoice for the work done!”
