“Glotech actually sent MixRepairs to do the job...He said I needed parts...2 days later the office called me and told me the cost; I paid and made an appt for 1 week later...on day 6 they called and cancelled the appt as they'd only managed to get 2 of the 3 parts and they would call me when the 3rd one came in....nothing happened for 3 weeks, so I called and they sent an engineer who arrived will all the parts...frankly I'm suspicious about part #3 as I'm not convinced they fitted it (despite the fact that I paid for it)...anyway, the microwave now works, but the admin did not inspire confidence...if I hadn't called after waiting for 3 weeks, I'd probably still be waiting!”

“The engineer lied. He did electrical work which I was told he should not do. He left me in a worse position than I started in. I complained but all I received back was more lies. I would never recommend your company if this is the service you provide. I also know of another person who would not have this engineer back. Bad news travels faster than good. Enough?”

“Professionalism, the before and after effect! The salesman let me down by completely misunderstanding my requirements by sending to my home a free-standing washing machine when I stated I needed a fitted-in one. This was made clear as I was even charged on my Sales Receipt for "Labour to take doors off and refit". Had to wait for the appropriate washing machine to be re-delivered and had to pay the difference between one machine and the other of £69.01. The only credit must go to the fitters. First class!”

Dear Mrs Brink We are very sorry to hear that our service did not meet your expectations. The damage to your flooring was not caused by our engineers nor your appliance. Unfortunately we did have to send a couple of engineers to get your appliance repaired however our records show that the second engineer fitted a new spare part and everything tested ok with no further signs of a leak. Whilst we do not accept any liability for the damage to your flooring, we were unhappy to have a customer who was not pleased with our service. Therefore as a gesture of goodwill we fully refunded all monies you had paid us for our service and the new parts installed in your appliance. Our records show this refund was processed to your card on the 9th of this month. Once again we are very disappointed that you were not satisfied with our service however we did everything we could to repair your appliance and tried to ensure we did everything to meet your expectations, even when the fault was not our own.
