“Although response time was very quick (24hrs) I was not confident in the diagnosis. The 'repair' took 2 weeks with some chasing up and the engineer did not seem confident that he knew what he was doing. We ended up both trawling the internet for the solution.”

“This repair was referred to your service partner Repairs 4 U - all very efficient – an appointment slot within 48 hours; an experienced Engineer attended as arranged; notification call ahead as requested; swiftly diagnosed the fault (a faulty heater element resulting in an intermittent short circuit so not necessarily obvious); replacement part carried on the Engineer’s van fitted; tested and left operational – no fuss, no hassle, fixed labour cost … refreshingly did ‘what it said on the tin’!”

“replaced dishwasher seal, later discovered it was still leaking, second repair man had a go, but it is still leaking, would not recommend you to any one.”

“I was charged for a part which was not fitted into my appliance. The engineer advised me on the day that it was the wrong part, and I had already paid for it. I was told I would get a refund for this part and only have to pay for the much cheaper correct part, but I ended up not receiving a refund and paying for both.”

“Quite efficient and easy to book and make the payment. The engineers sent were very professional and friendly. We only had to wait a couple of days for the spare parts. If in need of help I would go with Glotech again.”
